• भारतीय संसदेच्या 2026चे मान्सून अधिवेशन 13 ऑगस्ट रोजी लोकसभा आणि राज्यसभा दोन्हीत अनिश्चित काळासाठी स्थगित (adjourned sine die) झाले.
• पण हे अधिवेशन अजूनही संपलेले नाही! फक्त स्थगित आहे. राष्ट्रपतींकडून अधिवेशन संपल्याचा (prorogation) आदेश अद्याप निघालेला नाही.
• हे अंतर आता 64 दिवसांपेक्षा जास्त झाले असून, हा एक रेकॉर्ड आहे!!
• अधिवेशन तांत्रिकदृष्ट्या 'संपुष्टात आलेले नसल्याने' सरकारला नवे अधिवेशन बोलावण्याची गरज नाही. पावसाळी अधिवेशन अजून संपलेले नसल्याने, तेच अधिवेशन पुन्हा सुरू करता येते.
• अशा परिस्थितीत ऑक्टोबर महिन्याच्या शेवटी किंवा नोव्हेंबरच्या पहिल्या आठवड्यात पावसाळी अधिवेशन पुन्हा सुरू होणार आहे. यावेळी मुख्य अजेंडा आहे मतदारसंघ पुनर्रचना अर्थात Delimitation आणि महिला आरक्षण विधेयक.
• सरकारला घटनादुरुस्तीसाठी आवश्यक असलेल्या दोन-तृतीयांश बहुमताचा जादूचा आकडा 360 मतांचा आहे.
• गेल्या 7-8 आठवड्यात कॉक्रोचेसना मनसोक्त टाईमपास करू देण्यात आला, ज्यात मीडियाला व सोमी बिझी होते. या दरम्यान, एनडीएने 386 मतांची बेगमी केली आहे.
• हे नवीन विशेष अधिवेशन (स्पेशल सेशन) नसून मान्सून अधिवेशनाचा दुसरा टप्पा असेल. Delimitation, महिला आरक्षणासोबत VBSA कायदा पण मंजूर करून सरकार UGC ला इतिहासजमा करण्याच्या मूड मध्ये आहे.
सरकार बॅकफूटवर आहे, सरकार घाबरलेले आहे, सरकार गोंधळलेले आहे, सरकारला अमुक-तमुक इकोसिस्टिम आणि डिप-स्टेट वगेरे कडून धोका आहे हे सगळं चालू असताना... त्याच काळात, सरकार मात्र वेगवेगळ्या फ्रंटवर आपलं काम (यावर वेगळी पोस्ट करतोय), कायदे व घटना दुरुस्तीची तयारी, संसदेतील संख्याबळ जुळविणे आणि अनेक मोठे व ऐतिहासिक निर्णय घेण्याची तयारी करत होते. मोदी-शहा असल्या चिरकूट 'पेल्यातल्या वादळांना' भीक पण घालत नाहीत..😬
