The code was public for everyone to see. It was the same thing happening when you were investing in ICOs with a published SC and you got drained.
The Bitcoin part:

Bitcoin has no 7702, so this leg was a plain key-signed theft.
At 20:20:06, in Bitcoin block 973,732 (53 seconds before the Ethereum attack transaction), Binance's Bitcoin hot wallet bc1qm34l…f0j77s3h signed 11 transactions to one collection address, bc1q0mtc…fjhl2mnm (the largest: 7,636.8 BTC, tx).
In the same block, a peel chain started splitting the coins into round 1,000 BTC lots (first split); the last lot left at 20:48:14 (tx).
As of 30 October ~13:00 UTC, none of the 19 final addresses has spent a single satoshi. Their extra transactions are incoming dust from address poisoners.
