Had to be extremely discerning on what I brought home from SF (I barely fit everything) but here is everything I got on my trip to SF + GitHub Universe! I picked up merch from some of my favorite companies and got the new Logitech MX Master 4 developer edition ❤️ I had the most wonderful time in SF. EVERYONE was so warm and I walked away with so many new friends! This is by far my favorite conference that I have ever attended. What an amazing conference put on by the GitHub team. 🥹 I hope I can attend again 😋

my bf and I like to find non food related dates in New York City and today he took me to a wonderful paper lantern making class in Williamsburg. It was so delightful and so great to work on something analog. I made this looooong mushroom and he made a paper lantern inspired by the SEY coffee bean packaging. It ended up being about $100 per person and totally worth it. In the end we got two new lamps for our home.

making little things for myself day 1. i made a google chrome extension because my meetings are constantly running overtime and a lot of the time, I don't realize or others do not realize it. so I made an extension that makes it hard to ignore! there is an extremely large counter that counts down the last minute of the meeting and afterwards, a small guy just follows around your cursor and plop down next to it saying that the allotted meeting time is over :)

a while ago i made this video for grok bot and i am happy to share an update on this! my friend got a job! He bumped his TC up from his previous faang job by double which is remarkable. really proud of him and happy to say that grok bot helped along with his journey.

People often ask me what is it about NYC that I love so much. Today gave me a very clear reason as to why. I grabbed coffee with someone this morning and as I was walking around after, I ran into an archival sale. They had opened 2 minute before I got there and I was their second customer. It was a group of friends selling off 1/100th of their respective closets. I was able to secure this beautiful Gucci shirt for $45 and this Coach pillow tabby bag for $30. I debated getting another beautiful Gucci top that I saw, but decided against it. The deals were so good that when I went back 1 hour later, all of the items I was eyeing were gone. There were ACNE studio pants for $50, ALD x NB for $100, burberry sweaters for $100, Loewe, etc... it was the most insane sale I have ever been to. The folks running said it was their first sale ever and it wasn't clear that they would ever do it again. I am still in disbelief!!! In any other city I wouldn't be walking around casually where I could just stumble into and find beautiful designer pieces for under $50. I love nyc so much!!! Oh and in true nyc fashion, they had a dj set in there as well

I made a keychain that you can change with any photos / images you’d like 💗🌸 I wanted to make it look like a polaroid so I think in order to do that, I’ll need to make the images look a little more polaroid-y and maybe make the case a bit more like one too 🥹
