You can now use https on cdn.pandastream.com. We switched from CloudFront to AppEngine to be able to do that.
We are having an issue with our DB in EU. we are working on it

EU status: notifications are back. Now working on scheduling the old-ones.
We're currently experiencing some IPC issues on the EU cloud. Working on it !
