Thanks, @notreble ❤️
What if discovering bass players felt like flipping records in a store all over again? That’s the idea behind Bassists.com, Corey Brown’s new interactive music discovery site for bass fans. notreble.com/buzz/2026/04/04…

In 12+ years, No Treble has been visited over 35 million times (The "users" count is likely not accurate). If you look closely at the graph, you can see when I started getting my mojo back ;)

Here's a #TBT post for you. Six years ago today I was interviewed on NPR's Wisconsin affiliate to talk all about bass. My first (and only) radio interview! I posted the story and audio a few days later: coreybrown.me/interviews-tal…

When I launched Corey Spins, one of the more exciting results was the feedback I got on Black Dub's record. So many people contacted me that they hadn't heard the album, but were digging it. Have you heard it? Here's my take on this fantastic record: coreyspins.com/rock/black-du…
"Night Passage" is perhaps my favorite Weather Report album, and definitely my favorite lineup. For this post, I was lucky to get some incredible stories from Peter Erskine about the making of the record - and more. Check this out: coreyspins.com/jazz/weather-… #vinyl #musicdiscovery
Yesterday I launched a new thing - 5 years in the making. (It didn't take me 5 years to do it, just 5 years to start!) If music is your thing, please check it out and join the conversation: coreyspins.com/ #musicdiscovery #vinyl #music
Level 50 unlocked! This morning has been one of reflection - and a happy one. I wrote a post for myself, but it's open to anyone who cares to read: coreybrown.me/thoughts/corey…
