📍 AURORA Voting Rationale: I am voting No on AURORA in its current form. I can see the potential value in shared infrastructure that makes credit opportunities easier to discover, compare and verify across Cardano. The open-source commitment, independent Treasury administration and public milestones are positive aspects of the proposal. However, I am not fully convinced that the current funding terms provide the level of protection I would expect. Payments are advanced for upcoming work, and the full allocation can be released before final review and delivery are complete. The refund provisions clearly address funds remaining with the administrators, but I would like clearer terms for recovering advances associated with unfinished work. I would also like stronger evidence of likely adoption and a clearer commitment to ongoing maintenance. A working testnet demonstration and publicly available software are meaningful deliverables, but I need more confidence in how those outputs will translate into sustained value for Cardano before supporting this request. I remain open to a revised proposal with stronger payment protections, clearer recovery terms and clear commitments from teams planning to use it. At this stage, I do not believe the proposal makes a strong enough case to approve the 940,000 ADA withdrawal.
