Happy iPhone Duo day! Awesome to see all the app support rolling out for the device. Too bad Apple didn’t do this with Vision Pro.

Everyone showing off they pre-ordered the iPhone Duo makes me feel left out, but I’m still not completely sold on the device. Waiting to see it in person when it comes out, then make a decision about maybe getting one next year.

Doing some iPhone Duo work for Together Board. Coming along nicely. Glad to be able to bring the iPad interface over in all its glory and also rejig it a little to be more like macOS.

So, re: Threads and getting banned. Turns out it was a Meta AI review and appeal, their support team confirms that there was no violation against my account and that it was flagged by their AI system, which disabled my account permanently and there's no further appeals available.

It's actually infuriating how their support is ran, which I had to pay for the privilege of even getting to talk to a real person, and when I did they said they always uphold the decision that was made and there's no way for them to even appeal the decision.

So apparently I got completely banned from Threads. No reasoning, all after posting about an update to one of my apps on the App Store. @Meta has no support and no way to appeal the clear bug (Reddit threads of hundreds of people stating their accounts were terminated too)

Really threads? I don't know if this a badge of honor or not.

I was in the 6th grade home room when 9/11 happened and it still feels surreal and I remember it like it was yesterday. It changed the world, and I will never forget. Remembering all the people who lost their lives 25 years ago.
