Let me tell guys a short story.
I once helped an idolo secure a job. I played my part, made the referral, and helped put an opportunity in front of someone who needed it.
Fast forward to today, this same person is always recognizing and appreciating others who refer him to opportunities. But when it came to the one I referred him for, baba acted like I never existed. ๐ญ๐
And honestly, Iโm not even asking for recognition. I know what I did, and I know him too.
What surprises me is how someone can publicly acknowledge others for doing the same thing you did for them, yet pretend yours never happened.
Iโm not here to drag names or expose private conversations. I have evidence, but Iโll keep it private for now.
Sometimes, the people you help teach you the biggest lessons about human nature.
No noise. No names. I remember everything. ๐ฅฑ
This is exactly why I donโt share my personal details with just anyone, no matter how close we seem.
Sometimes, the people you trust the most can put you in situations you never imagined. A kind gesture can look innocent until something feels wrong, and when your instincts tell you to be careful, NEVER ignore them.
Your address, location, and private information are not things everyone deserves access to. Protecting yourself isnโt pride, fear, or being difficult. Itโs wisdom.
My life is more important than anyoneโs feelings, and my safety will always come first.
Remember, not everyone who offers you kindness has good intentions. Be careful who you trust, and never feel guilty for setting boundaries that protect your peace and your life.

weโve all seen that one friend who suddenly forgets a bet the moment they lose ๐
@Tajudeen built DUEL to solve that problem.
itโs a PayBox plugin that lets you lock stakes with friends through Claude, with a smart contract handling the payout to the winner.
and itโs not just an idea. DUEL has already settled onchain demos, including Villa vs Man City and Arsenal vs Everton.
as one of the 13 finalists in the first @PayBox hackathon
letโs support him to take the win ๐
now, whoโs the friend youโd test this with?
ever had a bet with a friend who refused to pay after losing?
i built something for that.
meet DUEL, a plugin on @PayBox.
you can bet your friends on almost anything, just by chatting with your ai.
for this demo, truth and i each locked 0.0005 eth on villa vs man city.
villa won 2โ1. truth conceded, and the smart contract paid me.
no chasing. no excuses.
hereโs how it works ๐
0:00 โ intro
0:27 โ the real bet with truth
0:49 โ why friends donโt pay
1:15 โ what duel is
1:36 โ setting things up
1:55 โ creating the bet
2:29 โ truth joins
2:51 โ villa wins, contract pays out
3:29 โ crypto price bets
4:28 โ football, games, odds & private bets
5:34 โ networks and tokens
6:02 โ whatโs coming in v3
6:31 โ wrap-up
this is just the beginning. ๐
two real bets. both on base. both paid out by the smart contract.
โ villa vs man city: basescan.org/tx/0x23400d0eebโฆ
โ arsenal vs everton: basescan.org/tx/0x2e2b7713c2โฆ
duel is one of 13 finalists in the first @PayBox hackathon, and this is just the beginning.
now iโm curious: whatโs the first bet youโd make with your friends? ๐
let me know in the comments.

Have you ever seen people talking about owning NFTs from the same collection?
Letโs break it down.
An NFT collection is a group of NFTs released under the same project, usually sharing a common theme or style.
Think of it like a set of trading cards. Each card belongs to the same set, but the designs and features can differ.
NFT collections work similarly.
For example, a collection might feature 1,000 digital characters, each with its own design and traits.
Even though they belong to the same collection, every NFT can have its own unique features.
But hereโs something important:
NFTs from the same collection arenโt necessarily worth the same amount.
Some may have rare traits that make them more desirable to collectors.
Weโll talk more about traits and rarity in an upcoming lesson. ๐
Now you know what an NFT collection is!
Next lesson: What are NFT traits and rarity?

Now that you understand what NFTs are, you might be wondering: where do people actually buy them? ๐
The answer is NFT marketplaces!
Think of them like online shops, except they allow you to buy and sell digital assets.
Some popular examples are OpenSea and Magic Eden.
Hereโs how it works:
You visit a marketplace, connect your crypto wallet, browse available NFTs, and choose one you want to buy.
Simple, right? ๐
But thereโs something important to remember.
Not every marketplace supports every blockchain, so make sure the platform supports the NFT youโre interested in.
Also, always verify the collection before buying. Scammers sometimes create fake versions of popular NFT collections.
And remember, you may need cryptocurrency to pay for the NFT and any applicable transaction fees.
Now you know where to find NFTs! ๐ฏ

And Iโll see you in the next class ๐

One thing I find interesting about prediction markets is that two people can look at the same event and come to completely different conclusions.
Thatโs where seeing how other predictors approach a market can get interesting.
With @Bagel_win, you can follow top predictors and copy their positions with one tap.
You can explore how others are positioning themselves, join the conversation, and still make your own decisions.
Itโs not about blindly following someone else. Itโs about having more ways to explore the market.
If prediction markets have ever felt like a solo game, Bagel is worth checking out.
