A dental practice was losing $6,000+ in revenue every month from missed after-hours calls.

So I built an AI voice assistant that handles after-hours dental bookings 24/7 using n8n and ElevenLabs based on internal policies and scheduling availability.
Here's what this system does:

My first real estate investment job was just before Argus and Excel took hold and projected cash flows were worked out on a yellow pad then typed into a โword processorโ.
Changing assumptions was a colossal pain so few iterations were made.
Now, infinite iterations are easy - but it doesnโt seem to have created better accuracy.
Crappy deals still crappy, winners still easy to spot.

This still feels UNREAL to me...
I had the pleasure to meet Sรถnke Ahrens at the Second Brain Summit.
Had the chance to thank him for his impact on my:

Not only that!!
As a volunteer in the event.. I also was the one responsible for accompanying Sรถnke during his talk!! ๐
We solved problems together, had a great chat, and discussed his session afterwards.
He's a great man, quite discrete, really kind and courteous, open minded and extremely knowledgeable.
And deep inside, he's just a normal person, being loyal to his curiosities and gifts.
Always a good reminder that your idols are normal people just like you...
And when given a chance they will cheer you up and reciprocate all the love and admiration you have for them.
