Thatโs a 22.1% win rate and 61 points from 68 matches.

If two 17th placed finishes and a start to the season as bad as this one doesnโt tell the board we need a new director of football, I donโt know what will. Recruitment/squad building has been the biggest of many big issues for years. And they decide to give him ยฃ400m to spend. ๐คฆ๐ปโโ๏ธ
We donโt do any of these things. We constantly lurch from one extreme to the other. Theyโre proactive. Weโre reactive. Successful institutions arenโt run like that. Itโs abundantly clear we need change at the top. We need to recruit โbest in classโ people in those positions.
Until that happens, nothing will change. The Lewis family have spent this summer but entrusted it to idiots, which makes me question their competency. Johan Lange has to be the first out the door. Vinai can follow him. Time for change. #THFC @ChangeForSpurs
Iโm not sure this is the win many think it is. There wonโt be a reversion to the mean. Due to the lack of quality in our forward line, we will keep having to put up >2 xG to get 1 goal. So weโre going to have to create significantly more than our opponents every week to win.

Exactly this. No one blames the club for not getting Ndiaye or Gakpo. We did our best and unfortunately the chips fell against us. Itโs this ludicrous pivot which helps no one but Chelsea by taking their deadwood. Most of our fans are fed up of the club being humiliated.
