at some point robinhood:0x88ad8ddf1e3898412146a534538d418c6f8a9062 is just going to rip 2x and everyone who's in it will not be surprised and everyone outside of it will be like wtf is this? every 12hr auction continues to bid higher and the tokens get burned, charters continuously maintain or get more expensive. then you have people locking their tokens up for 2 weeks at a time (for now). and now we have @0xbeans saying we ain't ready for the real shipping (everything before was just appetizer?) idk man, i think the trenches/fomo has conditioned people to take profit quickly as everyone has been trained like a pavlovian dog. I think alot of new participants do not know what it was like in 21' on some of these insane protocols that ran to billions (yes with a b) A really strong canary/nod/flare to this is actually looking at who some of the top holders on robinhood:0x88ad8ddf1e3898412146a534538d418c6f8a9062 are in fomo.. you can see what era they come from and how much money they have shoved. honestly if I had to bet on it, @standard_rsv probably is the new tech/primitive that has launched this cycle and people don't even know it yet (bag bias obvs). The charter auctions even eerily remind me of nouns (which started off very slow and low price btw) and it exploded into something crazy. nouns, proof, nfts.. these all started "slow" and then exploded into something massive.. it just simply took time and people to be curious enough to look. the thing is though.. the chart is moving too "slow" for people to pay attention to until, inevitably at some point, it just absolutely explodes. The best part about this project is that when someone asks you "where does the yield come from?" you will finally be able to say "not us"

want to hear an insane stat? for the last 2 weeks, $1 of every $5 spent on stock tokens on robinhood chain flows through a standard reserve owned pool lemme repeat that, 1 of every 5 dollars flows through a standard reserve owned pool 🤯

Vampire pools beware: URC-5 is live on Robinhood Chain and @Uniswap v4.
Today we're excited to introduce a new standard for V4 hook tokens. Our proposal to combat malicious vampire pools has been merged into Uniswap's URC repository as URC-5: Token Venue Policy. One standard defining where tokens trade to officially own their markets.

it was brought to my attention that a token launched on standard's launchpad was removed from pumpfun's competition for "bundling" because 80% of its supply sits in one place i want to clarify what this actually is, and why its the complete opposite of a bundle and actually a beneficial mechanism first, what a bundle is: a deployer buys most of the supply across multiple wallets at launch, hides that theyre connected, waits for buyers, then dumps on them (or in the *optimistic* case, uses them for "supply control"). bundles are opaque and hide a token's real float standard's launchpad lets deployers do what's called a "charter drop" which is the complete opposite of a bundle: - charters are nfts held by participants in the @standard_rsv ecosystem. each holder has spent over 3 eth to join the protocol, and they've proven to be aligned, long term supporters of the projects they like - deployers can choose to airdrop a percentage of supply (up to 80%) to charter holders. these tokens are locked in a vault contract, and charter holders cant access them unless they BURN their charter - the airdrop isnt controlled by the deployer. the tokens sit in a single public contract, 0xb8748E02f07dd80F1DB99A49F92546B2210D844d, with no admin key and no owner withdrawal - nothing is hidden. anyone can verify the mechanism and lock onchain, which is the opposite of a hidden bundle - charter drops cant be dumped instantly. the tokens are split across every charter holder, not one wallet, and holders only receive their share by burning their charter. it's a public token lock with a real cost to unlock, not free supply ready to hit the market were glad bundled tokens are being policed, but if this counts as a bundle, we'd urge you to look at the majority of the other tokens in this competition as a side not, over 4M USD of tokens has been airdropped to charters and we've seen less than 5 charter burn to receive the airdropped tokens since we're on the topic anyway, let's talk about market cap versus liquidity on charter drop tokens. dashboards count the locked 80% in market cap, so the market cap to liquidity ratio looks thin but, measured against tradable supply, the pool is deeper than on other launchpad tokens since the same amount of liquidity supports a much smaller float, because most of the supply is locked. treating locked supply as tradable gives a misleading ratio

the standard launchpad has a unique feature where tokens deployed can airdrop tokens to charter holders charter holders are members in the ecosystem that have spent a minimum of 3 eth (current auction clearing) and are incredibly aligned with the standard reserve protocol the unique mechanism is that this airdrop requires charter holders to BURN their nft and position in order to claim their airdrop. this leads to a unique prisoners dilemma not present in any other project and launchpad it is not an “80% bundle”, it is a vault contract that holds the airdrop that distributes the tokens when charter holders burn happy to give additional context to anyone
It’s not a bundle. Their launch pad works different than yours. 80% of coin was air dropped to 867 wallets that own a standard reserve bank charter when it graduated. The most tokens any one of those bank charters has is 2M coins. Those coins can’t be accessed unless they burn their charter which is big decision. It’s fair that you didn’t know how their launch pad works but now that you do will our pnl be restored?

Standard Launchpad v2 launched yesterday with URC-5 as the main focus. Today we want to highlight a new building block for programmable markets that launched simultaneously: Hook Modules. Hook Modules are light weight pieces of custom logic that plug into Standard's launch hook.

for those that want to airdrop to charters in this locked mechanism but want to deploy it themselves (no launchpad) dm me if youre interested
i was airdropped $8k directly into my bank today this is where the game theory gets really interesting the only way to access that $8k, the standard tokies accumulated, or anything else accumulated inside my bank is to exit my charter entirely, burning it in the process it creates an interesting dilemma between realizing value today and continuing to accumulate value over time also a great example of what's possible with soulbound-esque nfts and the financial systems that can be built around them for now, i'll probably just continue holding everything as standard reserve works toward becoming the main liquidity coordinator for robinhood chain take a look at the protocol's daily revenues, and that's during one of the driest periods in the market

been working on URC-5 for over a month to combat vamp pools, super happy to see it get accepted into the repo during the whole 0x/Uniswap debacle, hayden adams said “simply dont route to bad hooks”. URC-5 makes that a standard we wanted to save this for post KoTM but with how the market is, this is the perfect time for experimentation standard’s launchpad is the first where people can deploy URC-5 tokens, with the caveat it requires some deeper dev knowledge to do properly we are also extending KoTM for another week to experiment with different mechanics but are throwing in another 100k into the pot

Malicious pools can be spun up that omits those mechanics. Trading activity can then migrate away from the pool the project was built around. INDEX illustrates the scale. It launched with a 3% hook, yet a plain Uniswap v3 pool charging 1% has starved the entire protocol.

Team has issued a response and is willing to payout the burns at 0% fee. This is extremely generous and also good riddance to these people trying to take to x in arms crying over their own ignorance game is game gtfo. Next time take it seriously when someone makes you a banker of a new onchain monetary system robinhood:0x88ad8ddf1e3898412146a534538d418c6f8a9062
tldr, i firmly believe in the inactivity mechanism and why it exists, but i also understand the frustration and where we couldve done better the team will personally cover losses using earned team fees. but next time is fr tho we're here for the long run

my thoughts on the 109 charters that got burned on @standard_rsv … It was in the white paper, well publicized, and had warnings in several areas. If you didn’t check in, I’m sorry but you aren’t invested in the project and you should probably read what you buy. With that being said, burning and destroy the charter is pretty ruthless. If spiritual alignment to the project is the intention, then I think @0xbeans can keep the burning mechanic but upon burning, creates a soulbound exchangeable token that can be converted into a charter. This solution serves two purposes: 1) only people vested into @standard_rsv and robinhood:0x88ad8ddf1e3898412146a534538d418c6f8a9062 should reap the rewards of this protocol. It distributes the tokens accrued to those who are locked in and punishes pseudo participants 2) redeemable soulbound tokens essentially “resets” your progress. Consider it a warning shot and a price to pay for ignorance. When the transfers get enabled, those who want to leave can sell their charter and exit more gracefully. If you wish to stay a participant then atleast you can restart and continue accruing. I think this is a reasonable compromise while maintaining the overall objective of the checking in / burning system without the victims screaming fud and trying to tear down the project because they “didn’t know” and “there was no comms” my 2 cents

as @standard_rsv grows into the liquidity kingmaker for tokenized stocks, it's worth understanding why this role is very critical tokenized equities are attracting a wider generation of traders who are more intentional, providing uncapped access to global capital here's a simple video explaining the importance of deep liquidity in these markets and how the reserve ties into it 00:00 - The Reserve 00:50 - What are stock tokens? 01:45 - The cost of shallow liquidity 04:00 - Why deep liquidity matters 04:26 - Standard’s liquidity plan 05:12 - The Standard launchpad 05:51 - How trades move through the pools 06:28 - How it feeds back into Standard 07:04 - Putting it all together

Monetary Policy Update: Charter Stimulus and Branch Reductions Standard has been incredibly efficient at bringing tokens back into the protocol. Burns are far outpacing issuance and nearly $1M has been deployed into buybacks and ETH-side liquidity. With the upcoming launchpad and liquidity pools, Standard continues to build toward its larger vision. While market conditions and activity on Robinhood Chain are outside the protocol's control, issuance appears to be heading toward another cut to 0.2×, the floor. This is the mechanism working as intended, tightening emissions when market activity slows. However, the protocol's efficiency has allowed it to accumulate a significant surplus of STANDARD through POL fees, putting it in a unique position to support long-term Charter holders despite broader market conditions. As part of this issuance cut, the number of branches available per auction will be reduced to 25, further slowing the growth of future issuance. To reward that long-term commitment, the protocol will also distribute a portion of its accumulated surplus as a one time bonus to eligible existing branches, bringing their payout to the equivalent of approximately 0.7× issuance for that distribution. Eligibility will be limited to Charters that have purchased at least one branch through open-market auctions, demonstrating long-term commitment to the protocol. Claim is live on the site's announcements. The issuance multiplier will still fall to 0.2× and every token distributed will come from what the protocol has already earned.

the protocol doesnt have to do this btw, the mechanism is working as designed, the protocol could just retain those tokens but weve built a system efficient enough to reward the ppl who have supported it, even when market conditions are unfavorable protocol owned liquidity ftw
