I noticed this too. Someone said that if this was ever a problem, do not expect women to own up to it and try to reverse it. The new world order conspiracy theory is this. Women with more resources do not present a threat to oligarchs. Only men can put other men back in line.

I'm at I&M village market. The only male employee I see around is the guard. What's the hiring criteria here? I've noticed the same in most corporates of late. Are young men not being hired or men choose not to apply?

Also incentive bias is very active in capital access. There is funding you cannot access if your female empowerment policy is not strong. Women Empowerment funding has also flowed for several decades. With no similar initiative to have equitable representation, this happens.
