Most founders hit a wall at the same stage, when the product is good enough but distribution is still not working. The natural response is to improve the product. The right response is usually to fix distribution.
A better product with no distribution is identical to a mediocre product with no distribution. Both generate zero revenue.
The biggest edge most retail traders have is that they do not have a boss. You can decide not to trade. Institutions cannot. You can sit out bad conditions. They cannot. That optionality is worth more than most people realize.
Use it. Only deploy when the conditions genuinely favor you and your specific setup criteria.
Every year that passes without a clear direction is not a neutral year. It is a year of compound drift in the wrong direction. Drift is the default. Direction is a choice made explicitly and revisited regularly.
Choose direction deliberately. Then check whether your daily actions are actually aligned with it.

Most retail traders look at charts after the move and say they would have caught it. They would not have. Because the setup looked completely different in real time, ambiguous, risky, and counterintuitive.
Hindsight is not a trading skill. Forward-looking probability assessment is.
Train the skill that is actually useful.
The best competitive advantage any business can build is a brand that people talk about when you are not in the room. Not because you are popular, but because you are specific enough to be remembered and good enough to be recommended.
Distinctiveness and quality, sustained over time, is the real moat.

Neverrrrrrrrrrrr Everrrrrrrrrrrr underestimate how much of a blessing it is to have zero health problems and your mum still alive.
Risk per trade is not just a number. It is a decision about survival. At 1% risk per trade a 20-loss streak costs you 18% of your account, which is brutal but survivable. At 5% per trade the same streak costs you 64%, which is likely not survivable financially or psychologically.
Choose the risk level that keeps you in the game past the drawdown that will inevitably come.

Most will disagree when I say this
But NFT’s (regardless of how the outside viewed them) were the best way for new entrants to crypto to actually enjoy crypto without being robbed blind
Memes are a great way if your resilient and have capital. But the community, collectible notion to NFT’s will have you actually involve yourself and stick around aside from just trading and losing
NFT’s are fun asf
NFTs are an area of crypto that i think deserves another look
the 2021 boom and subsequent crash left a lot of people with a negative view of them, but the underlying concept still makes sense to me
as more businesses move onchain, NFTs could become a useful way to represent ownership, experiment with revenue sharing and build communities around products
i expect there's still a lot of room for experimentation beyond the NFT models we saw last cycle

The person who makes it is almost never the most talented person in the room. They are the one who stayed when the room got uncomfortable and kept doing the work past the point where most people decided it was not worth it.
Talent is common. Staying is rare. Staying is what compounds.
The difference between a trending market and a choppy one is how you make money in each. In a trend you extend and hold. In a choppy environment you fade the extremes and take quick profits. Most traders apply the same approach to both conditions and wonder why they lose in one.
Read the condition first. Then apply the appropriate tactic.
The content that builds the most loyal audience is almost always specific over general, personal over abstract, and earned from experience rather than aggregated from research. Most people write what they think sounds smart. The ones who build loyal audiences write what they actually know.
The difference is immediately obvious to the reader.
If you cannot execute your strategy in real time without hesitation, you do not know it well enough yet. That is not a confidence problem. It is a preparation problem.
Know your setup criteria so well that recognition happens automatically. Entry, size, stop, target. All pre-decided. Zero improvisation during the trade itself.
