The snacks always hit different on a Halo launch day.
The quick stop at the 7/11 on the way home after picking up your copy of the new Halo at the midnight launch event.
A Mountain Dew, some chips, candy, whatever you wanted cus it was a once in a few years thing.
Then rush home, pop in the disc, and jump into campaign.
And then in the days/weeks that followed- getting online with the bros, chatting it up on Xbox Live like you were all hanging out in the same room.
What a simple time man.
Today, we woke up with ONE mission.

We had breakfast, picked up the traditional Halo snacks, and rushed back home. I had made him a promise.
Playing the campaign in co-op reminded me why I fell in love with this franchise all those years ago. And as an uncle, I feel it’s my DUTY to pass that passion, those memories, and that experience on to the next generation of Spartans.
Somewhere along the way, we got our controllers covered in Doritos dust… just as they’re supposed to be. 😅 Between the laughter, the callouts, and the constant “I’ve got you!”, “A PLASMA” , we made it all the way to 343 Guilty Spark. That’s where we’ll continue our adventure over the next few days.
It’s a memory in the making.
I’m certain this was the best day of his summer. A day he’ll remember when he goes back to school, proudly telling everyone that he helped save Installation 04 alongside his uncle.

My wife stopped asking me to help with Christmas.

A lot of people faded aster all the way up because they thought it was a crowded trade.
It’s kind of ironic because in 2021, there was this belief we could all win together. It was naive, sometimes even insidious, but it was mostly sincere.
But in 2025, the belief that we can’t possibly all win together and that the market is too PvP for everyone to be in this trade and come out richer is exactly what kept you sidelined.

At $1400 ETH I said we were at the bottom of ETH sentiment and got hit back with a wave of normy rage.
I'm saying we are at the bottom of alt sentiment, particularly mid/low caps and the same is occurring as the inpatient get shaken out again.
ETH will resume up soon and trigger an alt season. It's obvious.
