Question the claims, absolutely. But confusing scientific uncertainty with proven fraud like Theranos is intellectual laziness.
Food adulteration, toxic air, potholes, corruption. We somehow learn to live with all of it. But an optional ₹85,000 experimental wearable suddenly inspires extraordinary scientific rigour.

Indians punish entrepreneurs for taking risks.
Look at what's happening with Deepinder Goyal and Temple.
He reportedly invested $20 million of his own money into this venture and stepped away from running Zomato to build something new.
Think about that for a second.
He is putting his own money, time and reputation on the line.
The investors know what they're getting into.
People spending ₹85,000 on the product can decide for themselves whether it's worth buying.
Nobody is forcing anyone.
Will the product succeed? Maybe. Maybe not.
But that's what building something new looks like.
Even if Temple doesn't work out, the research, technology and talent created along the way could lead to something valuable.
That's how new industries are built.
Yet, instead of encouraging people who take big risks, we spend our time pulling them down.
You can question the science. You can criticise the product. You can disagree with the business.
That's fair.
But why discourage someone for trying?
India needs more people willing to take big bets, invest their own money and build things that have never been built before.
One man helped change how an entire country orders food online. Today, he's trying to build something new.
I'd rather encourage people like him than mock them for taking a chance.
Cheer the builders. Believe in Bharat.
Dear Concerned Indian Doctors,
I see your rage against Temple on X. I have a few points
to make:
1. First and foremost, a business lesson: if Temple were a scam, and any of what we said weren't true, people would know it in just a few days of using Temple. We have 14-day, no-questions-asked returns (which even Apple doesn't offer in India). If the product doesn't work, it fails out of the gate and the company dies before recovering a tenth of its R&D.
2. We have already spent $30m building Temple, $20m out of which is my own money. Selling a few thousand devices recovers a small fraction of this investment. A scam that pays nothing is not a scam anyone would run.
3. I left the Eternal CEO role to chase purpose with Temple. This is not about money. I have enough of it to last for generations. My incentives are fully aligned with getting the science right. I am not staking a reputation earned over 20 years on making a quick buck.
4. Our employees bought into our round a few months ago. The round we're raising now is mostly our customers. Scams don't build that cap table.
5. Most wearable companies start with internal studies. Whoop shipped its band in 2015, and the first published validation followed a few years later. We hold ourselves to a higher standard; pre-prints are a step prior to peer reviewed publications, and they are coming up.
6. At some point you have to stick your neck out and say: we believe in our science, and the product is now valuable enough for people to pay for and use. We believe we are there. More validation continues in public.
7. We are confident that we are building something that the world is going to be positively astonished with. We stand by our science and our methods. Each of our claims is easily verifiable by individuals and institutions alike, and you will see a lot of independent studies come up on their own when the device becomes available to use.
Last but not the least, the most ground breaking features in Temple are not even public yet. And some of them, thankfully, have nothing to do with doctors 🤭
Hope this addresses some or all of your concerns. If not, keep raging 😘🤗

Delusion is strong on this one. There are many countries that have a 5000 year history duh including China, Greece, Turkey, Iran, Korea, Japan.
Let's not kid ourselves. We are a glorified Philippines with 12x the biomass. Anything else is a delusion

There is only one country called India that cannot be put into a bracket. That cannot be defined. That cannot be ignored. That has a 5000 year civilization and culture influencing all in the world. We are rising again. So it is cope behavior. Their hate and obsession is cope.

What we are seeing right now is an attempt to mainstream the 'idea' of a regime change.
Little by little, every day.
No one is advocating violence openly.
Everyone is legally correct and morally ambiguous.
Neha Bora wears a One Piece t-shirt to the protest, which was the symbol of the Gen-Z protests in Nepal, that stormed government buildings. But haha it's just a shirt, why would you make more of it? Don't overreact.
She also claims she is inspired from the revolution in Bangladesh. No mentions of the Hindu massacres or houses of politicians being burnt. Her inspiration could just be the 'spirit of change', why would you assume more? Students all over the world just want better lives, duh!
Dhruv Rathee is only appealing to the conscience of the Army and Cops to do 'the right thing'. What is wrong about that? Shouldn't they do the right thing instead of 'following orders'? Orders can be wrong, you know.
Prashant Bhusan is clearly saying he wants a regime change. But it could also be through elections. Why would you assume it would be a violent overthrow? Did he say that?
Everyday you hear some or the other politician dog-whistle that the 'faisla' will happen on the 'streets' now. What faisla, they don't elaborate. What do they mean by streets? Violence? Or just pressure groups? Not clear.
The CEC is now being called 'Gyanu' in pop-culture. It's the Pappu-fication of a constitutional figure so people don't take him as seriously anymore. The CJI is politely (and impolitely) being called a 'sellout' or 'compromised' by different people to different degrees.
International media and reels have already joined the bandwagon of 130 million deleted voters. International audiences are being told that the Indian government has gone unhinged and there are 'big protests' against the government.
This is the setting of a stage.
To normalize the idea of a regime change, which is not through the ballot box.
Everything and everyone is compromised.
Are you just going to sit and watch, or do something about it?
Get angry now.
When the time is right, we will get to the 'doing' stage.
