I had the pleasure of visiting @HeronHeightsEl and @riverlandelem today, led by Principal McGreevy and Principal Gil. I was truly impressed by the quality of teaching and the high level of student engagement in the classrooms. Both schools are thriving under strong leadership, and it was a joy to witness firsthand the dedication to excellence. #BCPSProud #LeadershipMatters #OneBroward @browardschools

School Admin,
The best teachers in the building don't want to be "left alone". The best teachers want you in their classroom, they want feedback, and they want to be affirmed and encouraged!
