May's (top right) husband was in the British Army WW1. His portrait visible in the locket around her neck. Bill, of the spectacular mustache, was an engine fireman transporting steel from the ironworks in Barrow. Nephew Tom (centre) was with them in every Census, a total mystery.

The Holt family, 1918. My grandmother Phyllis (bottom right) and older sisters, with her twin in the centre of the group between their parents, Barbara and Bill. Sister Doris (top left) emigrated to Australia aboard the HMS Jervis Bay in 1922.

I'm a bit partial to Morales' Dead Zone mix of Luther Vandross - 'Aint No Stoppin' Us Now' from '95. Underrated IMO. There's a great Piano Dub aswell.

Amazing track. The Joubert Singers, 'Stand on the Word' (Larry Levan). Apparently, actually a Walter Gibbons production remixed by Tony Humphries. Levan just spun it - creating the myth. I urge you to listen and rejoice youtu.be/kks_VTXruQA
