To be fair, you have to have a very high IQ to understand Tech House. The frequencies are extremely rich, and without a solid grasp of omnitempo maximalism most of the tunes will go over a typical listener's head.

Finish a track, love it, sit on it, tweak it, totally change it, start to hate it, shelve it, forget it, find it, love it, rejig it, remix it, test it, love it, mix it, tweak it, mix it, tweak it, tweak it, master it, change the kick, tweak it, doubt it all, release it.

My entire career I’ve swam against the current and I believe that’s a major factor in any success I’ve had. Remember, you don’t always have to ride the wave of what’s cool and trendy to have a fruitful career. Stay true to you, and trust where your heart leads you 🙏🏼
