Let them think you’re too religious. You don't have to compromise your deen to fit into their liberalised standards.

As a teenager in the Uni, i had friends with similar mentality, i always maintained giving people benefit of doubt.
As a worker in Nigeria, we travelled alot on trainings, conferences etc, sometimes with married colleagues, and we are all lodged at hotels, same thing abroad.
At this age and time, where ppl travel, and prefer to find one’s comfort at their own hotels rather than disturbing “relatives or friends”, and inconveniencing them, this age and time where ppl have businesses they deliver to clients, and ofcourse, not ruling out those who go to have their fun with their boyfriends or whatever.
I have a friend who works round the clock and any hour without electricity or internet puts him at risks of losing millions and disappointing clients, he always lodge into hotels wherever he goes.
What I’m trying to say is, we should always give people benefit of doubt. Until you hear from someone, you can never really know, why our Prophet ﷺ, is reported to have said…
On the authority of Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) who said: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: "Part of the perfection of a person's Islam is his leaving alone that which does not concern him."
(Narrated by Al-Tirmidhi and others; it is a fine/authentic Hadith)

7 signs your rizq is about to change:
1. you stopped begging people and started asking Allah
2. the doors you forced keep closing
3. you're more grateful with less
4. you lost people you thought you needed
5. you're tired of your old self
6. you pray even when nothing's happening
7. you're reading this
it's not random.

The moment people realize their manipulative tactics have no effect on you, you become the problem. That’s the price of being intelligent.

Imagine losing a woman who doesn't talk to multiple men, is well educated, family oriented, responsible, carries herself well, and has a pure heart. Embarrassing.

You’ll never see me criticising what I don’t fully understand, let alone trying to bring someone down.
