Here's a preview of the first piece dropping next week, all about crafting cross-platform control schemes and layouts!
Oh, and I think it goes without saying, but this is an AI-free zone.

This new North Carolina House bill would jail or authorize the murder of women due to their personal use of birth control, such as an IUD, or for having or attempting to have an abortion.

We had a saying for HazMat incidents like this when I worked, Methyl Ethyl Bad Shit! The chemical involved is Methyl Methacrylate (MMA). Here's more info that includes the mandatory evacuation zones. It's in Garden Grove & bordering Stanton, Orange County, CA.
Methyl methacrylate (MMA) is a clear, colorless industrial liquid monomer used primarily to produce acrylic plastics and resins.
Because it has exothermic properties, it creates its own heat. If it gets too hot, it can undergo a process called violent auto-polymerization, which creates extreme pressure and a severe risk of an explosion.
Key Risks of MMA Vapors:
- Severe Inhalation Hazard: Breathing in the concentrated vapors causes intense irritation to the nose, throat, and lungs. High concentrations can lead to pulmonary edema (fluid in the lungs) and can be fatal.
- High Flammability: The vapors are highly volatile and catch fire easily. If an ignition source hits the vapor cloud, it can trigger a massive flash fire.
- Extreme Chemical Odor: It carries an incredibly sharp, pungent, fruity odor. This odor travels fast with the wind, which is why people miles away from the Garden Grove site are reporting a strong plastic smell.
The Safe Bounding Box For Today's Evacuation:
- If you are anywhere inside these four streets, you are ordered to leave immediately:
- North Boundary: Orangewood Avenue
- South Boundary: Garden Grove Boulevard
- East Boundary: Dale Street
- West Boundary: Springdale Avenue

this being one of those iconic re-written/written scenes and a monologue catherine said in an old interview that she was proud to have written
Catherine O'Hara would rewrite entire "Schitt's Creek" scenes, emailing co-creator Dan Levy the night before filming with "an unbelievable" new version of the script.
"And that is what the amazing, all the great Catherine roles were when she found collaborators that wanted to give her that platform... the way that she thinks is so on another level that as a writer, you can’t get into her head. So all you can really do is set the table, wait for the email, ‘gentlemen, some thoughts,’ read the scene and say, ‘F*ck yeah.’ You know, and like, just be prepared.” (via Conan O'Brien Needs a Friend)

Last day of 2nd Encounter! This is a free fan-operated event for NIKKE at Hotel Kabuki in SF, plus themed drinks just around the corner at @screensavor !! We'll be here all day!
This is why I love Festivals authoring team and pro drums so much. You can practice or learn a new instrument with a lower cost of entry, and some charts are hard to find and reading music can be difficult.

1000% This, please remember our entire QA team got impacted by the layoffs before the work on these features were fixed.
I have every confidence in the dev team behind it, but the support they lost from us, will probably be seen, please be kind with feedback <3

Welp its out now! I had been working on Pro Drums for almost a year and a half with the team before the layoffs. It is by far the most passionate and fun team I got to work with. I really miss my team, but im so glad to see it hit the finish line <3

Full throated endorsement of @AlexMuirQA: He built an entire lab to test MIDI/RB drums in Cary. He poured everything in to making sure we got it right.
If you need a QA Lead who truly cares, hire him. But more so, if you want to mentor a future great producer, HIRE HIM.

Shout out to the amazing folks on the Jam Track team who stepped up in design and QA capacities to help ensure these features feel AMAZING. I am so proud of the work they did and continue to do.
I worked extensively on Mic Vocals before I was laid off. It was a beast of a feature with so many people working so hard on it. I'm so happy to see it come out!
Also, yall, PRO DRUMS!!
