Hi @joostmulder the idea is to give some power back to citizens! sometimes the person is just stopping in their car for 5min, not enough time to get the police involved. It's an outlet while using humour and hopefully making a point. It's not meant to replace actual ticketing ;-)
A common complaint we want to explore this weekend: cars parked on the bicycle lane! So we made a mock up of a parking ticket to raise awareness:

nice! one of our ideas was making a "citizen parking ticket", explaining the dangers for cyclists having to overtake parked cards, sharing road space, etc!
