The reality of being an esports manager today As a player, one big tournament can change your career. A podium finish at a major event can open doors and bring multiple offers As a manager, even with years of experience, successful projects, and a strong track record, finding your next opportunity can take months Your work happens behind the scenes, and your impact isn't always as visible as the results on stage With organisations restructuring, budgets tightening, and fewer opportunities available, this has become even harder The challenge isn't always doing the job well. Sometimes, it's finding the right organisation willing to give you the opportunity I'm sharing this not to complain, but to highlight a reality that doesn't get discussed enough in esports I'm still actively looking for my next opportunity in esports, hoping to find the right project where I can contribute my experience and help build something meaningful To everyone working behind the scenes and looking for their next opportunity: keep going. Your experience and hard work still matter, even when the right opportunity takes time to come The people behind the players deserve opportunities too🤝

After taking some time to recover from surgery, I’m back and continuing to explore new opportunities in esports I’m open to opportunities across esports management, scouting, roster development, international operations, and project management If you’re looking for someone with international experience who can help build and develop esports projects, feel free to reach out My DMs are open! 🤝
