Day 25 building in public: I feel like I'm in the news🤩Got some seconds in the legend video! New update for @shipordie_ community. Now we have new marketing courses and missions. I was waiting a lot for the SEO mission. Also, there is a new partner... Stripe!! They gave us $250 in Stripe credits!! So I bought for $199... that means... do the maths😍 Thanks @jackfriks and @marclou for the value!! You guys are awesome!!
Day 24 building in public: Got a bad day yesterday, but a happy finding. Being uncomfortable indeed helps you improve. In my case, after some debugging, I found the problem was that I was redirecting the traffic accessing my analytics endpoint, so I was just tracking the signed up users😐😅 What is the happiest finding you got from being uncomfortable?

Hey guys, how is everything going? I'm struggling right now not to fall into a depression hole. I'm doing what I like, which is building. I'm exploring 2 to 3 new products. I won't build them in public, but I will share everything I'm learning if things go well. Sorry for not being present these weeks. I will 100% reply to everyone once I get out of the hole. It's really frustrating for me. 5 years of university, 5 programming courses, 5 calculus courses, 2 discrete mathematics courses, complex logic, 2 computer-science applied physics courses, assembly language projects... To be hammering steel and cleaning construction material. I'm trying to take it with an open mind, as a learning experience. I'm definitely an indispensable piece in that warehouse, man. I work so fast. My body is a machine. I learned how to do things just by looking. In the first 2 months I learned how to drive 2 types of forklift just by watching what others did. Still, mentally it's harder, because I had to shut down my mind to make the time pass quicker. Just sharing what I've been up to. It's just a place life put me. This is out of my control, and I have to wait. I want to let you know I'm not giving up. Don't you ever dare to give up!

My sister needed an online menu. I built a platform for small businesses to create their online menus. Why do we builders tend to overengineer everything?😅

I've been so inactive these days... I'm dealing with hard times, but I'm also working on the dream. Right now I'm working on 3 projects in parallel, -A big pivot(and the last one) on getproven. -An online menu for @Xiaupt new business. -My clone for outbid. Soon I will bring them to life. And soon I will be sooo back!!😁💪

Who can give me some guidance? I'm a Claude code power user and I want to use Codex too. Does anyone know the faster way to adapt the Claude code flows to use an OpenAI subscription?

If SaaS is dying, why are you still trying?

Maybe I'll be late to the trend, but I will add my clone too. Why not another bet?😅

Monday again. I would love to love them again. The thing is, days feel heavy when you don’t like what you do. That’s why, instead of complaining about how badly things are going, you should embrace it and use those bad times as motivation. Use them to know exactly where you don't want to be and act on it.

Cut. Ship less but ship better. This is what I'm trying to do right now. The pivot I'm making in Proven is taking me so much time; I have the feeling I keep adding things. I want to do a lot of things. It's curious because I always give the same advice: ship small and get feedback. This happens a lot with any other part of the product too. No matter how good you are at making products (UI, UX, Validation, Launch, Growth), you won't look at it as a client. This vision is too difficult to get. I can critically say I'm a very empathetic person, and I truly think I always give the best advice possible to colleagues here on X. Just by putting myself in the shoes of their ICP. But things change when it is your own product. There are so many stakes. There are so many variables. There are so many thoughts. This is the dragon I'm trying to defeat right now. First step accomplished: acknowledge it, name it, and share it.

What do you think is the reason of the success of this product?😶 I truly want to know your opinion on this.👀
Aaaaaaand we're live! outbid.lol No ads. No API keys. No revenue sharing. Just outbid your competitors to rank #1 and consider marketing done for today 🚀

You should control how much value you give away for free. People don't value 'Free' as much as you think.
