I like to think of it as a game of pool. You can predict the path of the balls (TA) but it takes a person hitting the balls to put it in motion by the player (events/headlines/etc).
insanely bullish developments

Also, considering TradFi crashed pretty hard today, harder than crypto. TradFi crashes usually drag down crypto with it, as people sell to horde cash.
Bitcoin's resilience is amazing.
this is what UBI will look like
Yes, majority of my Dutch friends are "burn out"
You get 1 year of FREE fully paid salary and then another year of 70% FREE fully paid salary and you can just sit at home and chill!
You have to keep "appearances" up though because you might get snitched, so on Facetime with friends you do this schtick:
"It's all too much for me"
"I'm so tired"
"I don't think I can go back to work yet"
Meanwhile it's partyyyyyyyy time chilling at home with Netflix and popcorn

hi, thanks for tagging us. we've forwarded this to the team and will let you know any updates soon!
"$6.6M in revenue per employee" damn
@grok what company has the highest per employee revenue and how does this compare to the top 5?
My quick takeaways on the Anthropic S-1:
1. This is a historical moment
2. $6.6M in revenue per employee!! Hard to even comprehend how good that is but Anthropic is AI native as it gets so makes sense.
3. I always thought OpenAI would drop their S-1 first
4. Customers spend about 9x more after a year. Net Revenue Retention is approximately 900% as of Sep 30, 2026. Good SaaS companies brag about 120%.
5. Cowork is growing faster than Claude Code did. Goes to show you the demand for consumer products. Duo will probably rip.
6. 3 years ago this company did $41M in revenue. In the first six months of 2026, it did $16.3 billion. I don't think anyone has a mental model for that curve yet, I sure don’t.
7. Nearly half of revenue comes through cloud marketplaces. About 48% comes from customers buying through them. Big companies buy where their budget already lives, and the lesson for founders selling to enterprises is to get listed where your buyers already spend.
8. Their run rate formula is published: the last 28 days of usage times 13, plus subscriptions times 12, which i guess is the new ARR math for founders?
9. It looks like They're merging Cowork into Claude dot au which tells you the chat box era is ending and the "go do the work for me" era is here.
10. Thousands of Anthropic employees are about to become liquid at once, so expect the biggest wave of new AI startups and angel checks San Francisco has ever seen. Reminds me when Facebook went public but this is way bigger.
Let’s go!
11. Buried in the filing, Anthropic says the gap between what Claude can do and how widely it's used is one of its biggest growth opportunities, so the company itself is telling you the models are ahead of the market and someone has to close that gap for dentists, landlords, and plumbers.
12. Whatever happens, exciting times to be building in AI.

Oh FFS. Thank you for your concern Sam, but don’t spread your FUD and doom bait in my waters.
I lead one of the most utilized Linux operating systems in the world for data centers and enterprises, and I founded its predecessor too.
While AI is surely accelerating finding human created security issues, it is a temporary problem, and most open source project leads have already figured out how to also use AI to reduce new bugs moving forward.
Here is a graph from GKH (who maintains the stable kernel) on how many CVEs they are remediating per release:

This graph describes how much better each release is now getting:

This doom based marketing approach that the AI labs are pushing is really short sighted. While this will of course drive business to us, I find it unethical to distort the truth and use scare tactics in messaging.
The greater truth is that AI is making the software industry more secure, by identifying the human errors in code, and soon we will end up in a much better place.
🚨Sam Altman says the internet can no longer be SECURED by patching bugs.
"I no longer think we're going to be able to just patch all the bugs," the OpenAI CEO said, warning smarter models can find "hardware level insane stuff."
He says OpenAI can't responsibly open source its best model "anytime soon," but the open source world isn't far behind: "Not super."
I would LOVE to see this happen
🇺🇸 Nicki Minaj boarded AIR FORCE ONE to campaign with Trump, and somehow ended up being floated as his next White House press secretary.
During the flight to Michigan, White House Communications Director Steven Cheung joked that they might have found their next press secretary as Nicki praised Trump's work ethic and economic policies 😂

Someday you’ll realize that your myopic ideological framework for Bitcoin is the psyop, not the other way around
Trump really has done everything he can think of to get inflation up. He wants lower interest rates but is making it impossible for the Fed to do that.
Everyone on here has seen The Big Short way too many times.
"Speculative data center debt is being repackaged and sold to pension and retirement funds, university endowments, and other institutional investors in a manner eerily reminiscent of the subprime bubble."
