This workshop was excellent. Thanks so much to @CRRF for the strong partnership and collaboration. My favourite takeaway, from @AmarjeetSohiYEG: Ending homelessness is an act of anti-racism. Let’s work together to make that happen. – at Regina, Saskatchewan
At the #FCM2022AC workshop “How yo build an anti-racist, equitable & inclusive municipality. Christine Malone reminds us to put the supports in place to make sure that everyone’s voice can be heard and build relationships.
Grateful to be together again with Canada’s municipal leaders at #FCM2022AC! Massive 🙏 and appreciation for the leadership of outgoing @FCM_online President @mayorjoannevdh and incoming President @TaneenRudyk. Un grand merci ! – at Regina, Saskatchewan

Our thoughts are with the city of London and especially with London’s Muslim community. Hatred must have no place in Canada, and we must all stand together against hate-based acts of violence.
Thank you, @garthfrizzell, for your inspired leadership, bias for real action, and most importantly, for your empathy and humanity. You were exactly the president that #cdnmuni needed this past year. 🙏
“I never could have imagined that I’d spend my entire term as president on Zoom,” says @GarthFrizzell, in his final speech as FCM president, reflecting on all of the incredible successes that #cdnmuni were able to achieve this year, even in the midst of the #COVID19 pandemic.
