Agree with @ReicherStephen . As a discourse analyst I get frustrated when people imply words/signifiers don't "really" matter or I'm just playing semantics. Sadly this is an example where those things matter very much.

Hey @Ocado 10 days ago you said I'm a SmartPass "best customers, so we’ve set up a temporary priority queue to enable you to book a delivery slot each week". Where is priority queue? No further emails. Keep checking for availability (and at 9pm). No slots. Raised false hope :(
@Ocado 2/2 "we can now prioritise the customers we let on to the website, and each customer can only have one slot, you can be confident that there are enough slots" Your email raised false hope. I've not had my "weekly" slot, and so can't place order. Please fix this.
