Raised Catholic, I was taught abortion was wrong in all circumstances. I became a single-issue voter.
Years later my first pregnancy ended tragically. At 12 weeks there was no heartbeat.
They scheduled a D&C. I was sobbing so hard during the procedure that they stopped and brought my husband in to calm me before trying again. That’s the same procedure used for abortion.
Since Roe fell, women in many states have been denied or delayed that care while doctors fear prosecution.
Abortion saved my life. It allowed me to go on and have three successful pregnancies.
I would never take life-saving care from a woman and her doctor. But if a woman’s faith precludes her from this, I respect her decision. That’s her choice for herself.
Changing your mind isn’t weakness. It’s strength.

🚨 This Katie Zacharia story keeps getting more interesting.
Trump’s new press secretary reportedly has a law degree but no verifiable U.S. law license. She claims to have passed a bar exam in China, where foreign nationals aren’t eligible to take the Chinese bar exam or practice law in China UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. Her LinkedIn bio says she worked at a Chinese law firm, Zhong Lun, while living there from 2011-2013. Foreigners can work at Chinese law firms for the purpose of advising on the law in the countries in which they are licensed to practice law. But she wasn’t licensed in the US, so what did she do at that law firm?
But wait there’s more.
Zacharia’s resume and Linked In claim she was GENERAL COUNSEL, from January 2024 to March 2025, for Fix California, a conservative political nonprofit founded by Trump ally Ric Grenell to advance Republican interests in California. The organization reportedly identified her as its general counsel, too. Yet no record of her admission to any U.S. state bar has been found. She’s definitely not licensed in California. 🤷🏼♀️
And, according to its 2024 tax filings:
👉 Fix California reported approximately $557,000 in revenue.
👉 It reported ZERO employees.
👉 Zacharia received $27,367 for in-person and fundraising solicitation, NOT LEGAL SERVICES.
She also claims to be fluent in Mandarin Chinese. 😂 I’d LOVE to see her hold a press conference in Mandarin. She had a hard time speaking English yesterday.

A federal judge just ruled that ICE agents falsified official records to cover up two illegal arrests in the Bronx.
One of the men arrested was a U.S. citizen.

On January 6,
2021, six men dragged this officer down the Capitol steps.
He heard one scream, "I got one!" before the others ripped off his badge, stripped him of his radio, and seized his ammunition that was secured to my body.
They beat him with their fists and what felt like hard metal objects.
He heard chanting from some in the crowd - "Get his gun!" and "Kill him with his own gun!"
This officer suffered a heart attack and a traumatic brain injury.
Trump pardoned those six men.

Homeland Security interrogates U.S. citizen at his home—over anti-ICE social media posts.
10 agents and a convoy of 7 SUVs descended on his block.
"A tweet I made about a year ago—you guys are coming now?"
"There's actual people being murdered... and you waste my tax dollars coming here for making a tweet?"
Homeowner immediately—and repeatedly—tells the agents to leave his property.
Agents claim that his social media constituted threats against ICE that must be investigated.
Incident occurred in Winter Springs, Florida.

The story was buried, only two were expelled (Cornell suspensions are for genocide protestors) and we are only hearing about it now because the victim is suing.
