Trying to get your money back from @virginmedia is like getting blood out of a stone. Thought I’d cancelled my mobile contract but it wasn’t and I’ve been charged for months. Never used the SIM card or had it in a phone. Check your bank statements all I can say unlike me 🤦♂️
