Interestingly, the combined chemoRT SAKK 01/10 trial found similar results in a pre-specified post-hoc analysis--all recurrences were in the de novo cohort; but the surgical SEMS trial did not find a difference (although RFS was lower compared to historical RT series) [14/15]
