Como buen CTO cada cierto tiempo reviso las opciones disponibles para hacer un Backend y un Frontend profesional en diferentes lenguajes y paradigmas. Me sorprende que en muchos casos la opción estándar es la SOBREARQUITECTURA y el Tooling excesivo.

The answer to too many meetings isn’t software that records meetings so ppl can watch async. The answer is fewer meetings through 1) intentional, synchronous moments to get aligned, 2) clear direction & shared goals, 3) high trust, skilled ppl who aren’t afraid flag issues early.

I do not know of any product that failed because the team used a sub-optimal sprint process, issue tracking tool, or North Star metric. I know of plenty of products that failed because they did not understand their customers, picked the wrong problem, or could not differentiate.
