That was Connor 12 months ago.
Now he's hitting $47k months while working 3-5hr/day.
Here's excatly how we did it:
Most founders struggle to get people to show up to their webinars.
We use backend selling systems to consistently drive 50%+ show rates.
I put together a free guide showing you how to fill your next webinar with red-hot prospects.

Never lie in sales.
Honesty builds trust. Trust leads to sales
It indirectly makes you more money.

βShould I drop the price on a webinar?β
Let me ask you this:
Would you drop the price on a sales call?
Exactly.
Your webinar is a giant sales call.
Instead of wrestling with one person, youβre selling to a whole room.
Same job. Way more leverage.
Fill one room and close 10-20% instead of one person at 30-50%.
Showing the price is the moment you disqualify half the room and start talking to the people who are actually serious.
The ones who book and buy.
If they canβt afford it, they were never going to buy anyway.
One of my favourite examples was a webinar I hosted with Connor last year.
90 minutes. I was texting one of the attendees afterwards. He knew the price:
β$100/week for 16 weeks.β
He said: βIβd rather pay $1,400 upfront, does that work?β
He paid upfront. Over text. No call.
That webinar took us from $6K MRR to $13K MRR in 90 minutes.
Lesson.

Stretch yourself.
It's good to stretch yourself to learn your limits.
Then once you've adpated, it'll feel normal.
Keep raising your floor by pushing your boundaries.

If you're a man, you should be spending a generous portion of your income on improving your appearance.
Incredibly high ROI.
I don't take calls with people unless they've paid me first.
"BuT ThAt's gRe3dy!!"
Just hear me out.
In 2023, I was a rookie.
I generated leads through X, then booked sales calls because honestly? I didn't know what else to do.
I was clueless with funnels.
Then I heard people were scaling coaching businesses to $100K months without sales calls.
It sounded too good to be true.
It wasn't until 2024 that I saw it up close.
I bought into a high ticket copywriting mentorship without a call.
That's when it clicked:
If it worked on me, it would work on my clients.
So I shamelessly copied their system and started selling my own offer over text.
5 days later I closed a $1,600 deal while getting a haircut.
That same month I closed a $2,500/mo retainer over text. He stayed for over a year.
2 months later I started running paid workshops and pitching my offer without a call. 15-25% conversion. Workshop plus no-call close is when it all compounded.
A month after that I was consistently making $10K+ MRR as a one man band.
My income had never been more stable. My time had never been so abundant.
All those hours on calls were gone, replaced by text and monthly workshops that do the selling for me. I saved 20 hours a month, easy. And every tire-kicker and time waster disappeared from my life.
Last week we ran a webinar for a brick and mortar recording studio and closed 4 clients with no sales call. They pulled their card out and paid there and then.
The magic is in what you say.
When you know what to say, people buy.
