Over 28,000 Microsoft Exchange servers remain exposed to the internet with a critical vulnerability (CVE-2025-53786)!
This affects hybrid environments where an on-premises Exchange Server connects to Microsoft 365. If attackers gain admin rights on-premises, they could breach your cloud systems unnoticed.
Suppose you don't have an Exchange Server running anymore, but have previously configured the Hybrid Configuration Wizard or OAuth authentication between Exchange Server and your Exchange Online organization. You must still run the script to delete all certificates of the Office 365 Exchange Online first-party application's Service Principal.
If you're unsure whether action is needed, run the script to remove any leftover certificates!

Exchange Server Subscription Edition (SE) RTM is NOW available!
This release continues Microsoft's commitment to supporting enterprise email services across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments.
Exchange Server SE introduces changes to how Exchange is serviced and licensed. Unlike previous versions, Exchange SE is governed by the Modern Lifecycle Policy. This means there is no fixed end date for support, provided that configurations remain current. The product will be serviced continuously as an evergreen release, with no additional major, year-based versions planned for future releases.

Exchange Server 2016/2019 end of support is on October 14, 2025. Please update to Exchange Server SE to stay up to date with new features, performance enhancements, and security updates.

🟣 Microsoft is transitioning Teams Android devices to modern, secure authentication using Entra ID (AAD) based tokens.
🟣 July 31, 2025: Devices on supported app versions will automatically switch to modern authentication. Devices on unsupported app versions will continue to work with legacy authentication.
🟣 September 30, 2025: All MTR-A devices on minimum app versions will leverage modern authentication.
