Twitter peeps (yeh, I’m still not calling it X)… it’s been a while. Dropping in to share @kanoraapp - my music app for macOS, iOS, watchOS and most recently tvOS. Still very much in development but drop me a follow on here, Threads, insta etc. to keep up with development.

I'll be deactivating Twitter as of today. Been a member here since 2008 but what El*n has done to this place is nothing short of disgusting. I'll be over on Threads and Insta if anyone wants to stay in touch. Threads: threads.net/@benreed Insta: instagram.com/benreed/

Andy Murray. What a player. Nobody else has the passion, drive and ability he has. It’s a sad indictment on the LTA that we have nobody following him up. Nobody.

Fucking hell… watching the highlights of the #HungariangGP. What a bunch of whiny little bitches the current crop are. Just put your big boy pants on and race. Even the teams are sick of their bullshit judging by the radio messages 😂

Throw a few quid @gane_amy's way if you can. A bit jealous of this, it looks like an amazing challenge!

Came to Twitter (not X) for Tom’s commentary on this evenings proceedings after his sterling effort encouraging us to collectively drown sorrows during the Brexit referendum vote… we’re off to a strong start.

I’ll be heading out on another training hike this weekend in prep for the @macmillancancer Cornwall Mighty Hike in August. Anything you can spare will be very much appreciated! I know times are tough though. justgiving.com/page/ben-j-re…

We don’t deserve it. I’m more annoyed that’s gone in to be fair.

Absolute toss. Go Slovakia 🇸🇰

Managed to catch Be The One last night and need to catch up on the rest of the set, but she was fantastic! If you haven’t seen it I highly recommend checking iplayer, even if it’s just for this track. Classic headliner stuff!

Tonight’s main feature. The original and best. The new ones can do one. #doyoulikescarymovies?

21 years? Jeeeez... "Nothing Precious at All" would have to be my favourite, but I loved "I'm Alright (You Gotta Go There To Come Back)". Got close to that sound again on Graffiti on the Train but not since....

Fresh of the back of the Mayday mile / 5k a day in May challenge, I’ve just signed up for the Macmillan Mighty Hike. A marathon distance walk from Padstow to Newquay along the undulating South West Coast path. Please donate a few quid if you can 🙏 justgiving.com/page/ben-j-re…

Would be rude not to

Feedback culture at its worst. @YodelOnline - you literally did your job. Picked up the parcel and delivered it. The bare minimum you need to do to exist as a company. These loaded questions are designed to a) punish drivers and b) give yourself a false sense of achievement

Day 20 of 31. 5km - 28:45 Hit the 100km mark today for my #5Kadayinmay challenge for the RNLI's #Maydaymile2024 Knees still holding up! 55km to go. Accompanied on the treadmill this morning by the brilliant Lovesundays YouTube channel

Evening…

Day 10 of #5KADayInMay - 28:43. 50km covered so far, 105 to do by the end of the month. Sit rep: Knee's still appear to be holding up. Still a fat bloke.

Ashamed to say this is the first @markandmepod I’ve listened to in a long time but it’s as brilliant as ever and Ross was such a good guest. Check out Cold Years if you haven’t done already!
