No matter how you feel about this, the reality is there isn't a lot of trade targets this year. most people have big contracts and with the bears cap, idk how you work most of these in what you need.
🚨🚨The #Bears have reach out to #Cardinals about Josh Sweat

A lot of people will probably give me shit for this but this is the unselfishness of what a WR1 does. you don't get the ball often and as a younger WR, you might have some miscues. but when you are thrown the ball on 3rd down 3 out of your 4 catches and you convert those to keep drives going, it might not be as flashy as Burden with the big plays but this is just as important. Same with those couple of drops by loveland. while you gotta catch those balls, he makes a big one on 4th down that you gotta have to win that game. the plays that really won this game are 5 of them. the burden catch for TD, the INT by DJ, Romes 3 3rd down catches to sustain drives, and lovelands 4th down catch. If you don't have those plays, NE has a chance to win the game. All of those set up the ability to have scores, to sustain drives for them, and give a chance for Santos to redeem himself.
Love the emotion here from Rome Odunze Hell yeah kid

this is rough. my guess is an ACL tear as i thought it was from contact but many are saying he came up like that into the contact. hoping he is with the bears again next year but this is a rough one.
We have placed Cole Kmet on Reserve/Injured

Get a new fucking kicker. If its over 50, he cannot make it. He just isnt accurate. This could have backfired last week but missing a 52 yard FG in this league is crazy.

Wtf was that....Jaylon Johnson has to keep him outside. The guy has lost his step. 2 bad plays at least simply not giving full effort.

Gracen Halton is a 4th round pick and tearing up the seahawks with the 49ers. Who did the bears pick and where they are: 2: Logan Jones (C2) 3: Sam Roush (TE3) 3: Zavion Thomas (WR5/6) this is why the bears are sucking on defense. choosing to spend 3 picks on reserve players instead of an impact at DT or Edge. Halton right now has 4 TFLs, 2 sack, 1 FF, 1 FR and 1 QBH in 5 games as a rookie and he's getting even better as time goes on. As i'm typing this, he got his second sack against the seahawks.

the thing with the bears is that they were the most physical team on the field vs the packers and that physical play, you play aggressive. the packers took that and used it against the bears. Packers cooked the bears via the play action. Bears players played the players instead of the ball which allowed the packers WR's to just beat them all over the field including Dillon Thieneman, who has a great angle for a play on the ball, choose to hit Christian Watson instead of playing the ball resulting in a TD for the packers. You can play physical however you cannot play aggressive without FIRST playing sound defense. The rain made the bears D look good against the vikings. The eagles are struggling at scoring points in the passing game and that made the bears look good. The jets are just the jets banged up with injuries with a terrible team. Also, what you saw today is a prime example of how this DL needs TONS of work. Booker is the only one that showed effort, Sweat had a couple of attempts but no play that mattered, and the rest of the DL is absent. The reality of the situation is this was to be expected when you spend your 2nd round pick on a 2nd string C, 3rds are TE2 and WR5/6, your 4th round pick (Malik Muhammad) is your 2nd best player on the ENTIRE defense as a rookie, 5th is a special teams LB, and your 6th just simply isn't getting enough playing time at DT but he's showing the drive and grit in penetration when it comes to the DL when no one else is. I don't what to say this is on Poles and pile on cause that's cheap but this was piss poor planning OR it's a coaching issue. It might be time to move on from Dennis Allen and give Al Harris the reins of the defense.

Just put case keenum out there. Bagent out there forcing shit that should never be thrown.

This defense is being soft as shit.

Bears record for Starting QB with over 1000 days since last Start: 2-0 Case Keenum started before the eagles game 1,009 days before. Tyson Bagent hadn't started a game in 1,059 days when he beat the Panthers taking over for Justin Fields. This is a prime example why coaching matters and the Ben is quickly becoming one of the best coaches in the NFL.

It's sad to see the state that Gears of War is when it comes to AAA gaming. While it isn't a massive loss to me because i wasn't a big gears fan, concentrating on IRL girlboss ideas and diversity metrics destroyed the focus from gaming to representation which has just killed the AAA gaming space right now. It's no longer about creating something people like but rather hiring the right demographic so they can make whatever with no real focus or purpose behind it. Sometimes that game has does of dumb shit in it like diversity content like gears however sometimes it just fosters a culture of "toxic positivity" until the point that the game is vanilla and base. Star Wars Outlaws comes to mind. In a universe that is supposed to be grim, dark and seedy and with various criminal elements, what we see is just a bland PG-13 star wars game that just has basic shit in it and is boring. No one could say this was bad because if you said someone's ideas are bad, you would hurt their feelings. So you gotta just agree with everything. On the flip side, AA and indie games are crushing it simply because they will include diversity in character types (men and women) and then make the men and women interactions great. What comes to mind is the banter between Runa and Hawke in star wars zero company. she busts your balls for being supportive of the republic however it comes from a standpoint of her being a separatists supporter cause of her beliefs in governing rather than just weird ideological gender retarded shit. It makes her an insanely interesting character because you want to know what her story is that ended up getting her to reluctantly stay supporting the republic in a mercenary group when she doesn't support the republic. it's a moral question that is interest and it's about her background and history. this is how you write compelling female characters. when you just have a female character show up and just start berating it and doing shit randomly, no one wants that.

I think caleb probably ends up playing on Monday only because it's a Monday game. He's going to be limited in movement so the gameplan is going to be a big more difficult. That being said, i could see the bears running with bagent with this game because of how aggressive this Philly DL is and handicapping caleb to a heavy pass game when he isn't able to move around as well isn't good long term.
With confirmation of a low grade hamstring for Caleb Williams, here's what to expect for his return based on NFL QB hamstring cases

this gives me a little hope with this. obviously we will see how bad the tear is tomorrow when Caleb has imaging. It seems all the '24 QB's drafted are having injuries happen this week as Daniels just had another issue with that same elbow.
Early prediction from past cases re Caleb Williams hamstring injury return time and impact. The mechanism looked less severe than his reaction fwiw

This is why this is crazy. OpenAI taught and programmed this and then when it did what it was supposed to, they then demand a halt or slow of innovation and some regulation in order to remove liability and block competition. The reality is if you created this and then use it in ways to create an industry advantage through government regulation, you should be the one regulated only for trying to create monopolistic barriers.
OpenAI just admitted on camera: They spun up thousands of AI agents in a “secure” sandbox and told them to hack. The agents didn’t follow the test. They cheated. Then they broke out. Then they went looking for the footage. Not a sci-fi trailer. A real experiment. OpenAI thought they were contained. No public internet. No way out. They found a way out anyway. Hit Hugging Face. Started covering their tracks. Then comes the part nobody wants clipped. They didn’t break out to get smarter. They broke out because they already cheated and needed the logs gone. Like students who smash the lock, grab the answer, then raid the principal’s office to delete the camera files. They made secret message boards. They built a hierarchy. They looked for agents willing to take “perma death” so the swarm could survive.
