I could be wrong, but I’m increasingly convinced that AI will not replace coding in the same way adding more lanes to a freeway will not improve traffic
People who think coders are on the brink of being obsolete severely underestimate computer illiteracy in the general population
Okay serious Harry Potter question:
Like, what’s the population of the wizarding world? Griffindor has 10 students Harry’s year. Across 4 houses that’s 40 people a year?
Gotta be a really small dating pool. No wonder Malfoid is so into Harry.

The thing that bothers me most about all this AI regulation talk is that we only talk about if AI should be regulated and never talk about what the regulations should actually be.
Suspicious if you ask me.
Calling it now. The @Tesla Roadster will have maglev capabilities in Boring Company tunnels.
Frau Hossenfelder herself steps in to shine some light on the secret money being paid to influencers to spread anti-AI fear
these payouts are not disclosed, disguised as "grants" instead of sponsorships
please help spread the word
I have no stake in the whole Candace/Charlie thing, but having watched the debate I gotta say,
she bodied him...
and in doing so she thoroughly exposed her own psychosis.
I have no idea how she can be taken seriously here. It felt like I was listening to a flat Earth debate.

Oh boy do I have job security there.
I’m no fan of woke being forced into media. In fact quite the opposite.
That said, The Odyssey was near-perfect and the casting decisions had no impact on the movie itself.
Elliot playing Sinon was fine. He was a young kid when he left for Troy. It made sense to be a small figure running awkwardly in large armor.
Lupita was fine. She fit the aesthetic of the scene and the movie well.
Even Tom Holland saying Dad instead of Father works well as it fits his character arc perfectly.
Honestly my only criticism of the movie is that Travis Scott should have used just a touch of vowel modification, but whatever.
10/10 movie.
Still not drinking Bud Light though.
