Reminder that the ONLY person who will ever reach out to invite you on the podcast is ME.
Anyone else is trying to steal your money
since when has youtube had DMs???
I sent a trailer to a friend via imessage and received a notification that took me here
back in my day you actually had to tour a place IRL to know if it was a fit or not
10 minutes with an iPhone, and this gorgeous craftsman house is now a 3D world you can walk through! It still blows my mind how easy Echo-3 makes this.
Go capture your favorite space 🙂 spaitial.ai/echo-3

I just spoke with @BenWilsonTweets and he said the response to the episode has been “life-affirming”. Since it was released he’s received introductions to other people who have beaten advanced cancer and so far you have helped raise over $800,000 for Ben and his family. Ben’s doctor originally gave him a year to live. With the new medication Ben is on (that’s working!) the goal is to push that out to 2 to 3 years and then with new therapies push 2 to 3 to 10, and then 10 to 25, and 25 to 50 and Ben gets to see his 4 small children grow up. Even today someone offered to make an introduction to Ben for a promising new therapy.
I’d like to ask you to keep helping spread the word about Ben. Someone out there that doesn’t know about Ben (yet) could have information that could save his life. And if you’d like to donate you can do that here. Every little bit matters: gofundme.com/f/help-ben-figh…
Ben Wilson (@BenWilsonTweets) has stage 4 cancer and 4 kids under the age of 5.
I want to help him as much as possible, so I invited him on the podcast to talk about his work studying history’s greatest leaders and what it’s like getting told he’s going to die at 38.
He’s a good guy, a close friend, and one of my favorite podcasters.
His work has benefited millions of people all across the world.
Please watch this episode and see if you can help with medicine, introductions, or donations.

Ben is an amazing podcaster and person.
The type of person (or for many- a voice in ear) that inspires you to live fully, dream impossible dreams, and do the right thing.
This was both incredible to listen to and impossible to listen to.

Ben exemplifies one of my favorite quotes from Charlie Munger:
“The best thing a human being can do is to help another human being know more.”
Sometimes great people are dealt terrible hands in life, but I’m happy Ben has spent his first 38 years on Earth studying the greats of history and sharing what he’s learned with millions of people.
I hope a miracle happens and we get to have him around for a little while longer.
Love you, Ben 🏴☠️

He’s in the midst of a very hard time
If you can help him in any way, please do
Ramp, Deel, and AppLovin all gave 100k just now

I hope everyone gets the experience of finding out who their true friends are and how much they really care. (Preferably without getting cancer.)
Thank you to David, and to everyone who has been there for me over the last few months. I have been overwhelmed by the support.

Today we published my final episode as host of @LimitlessFT
Over the last year, our team of three shipped 234 episodes, going from zero to top 20 in tech, growing 30% every single month.
I’ve recently joined the team at @AnthropicAI to take the principles that made us win, and apply them at a scale my childhood self could’ve only dreamed of.
I’m so grateful for every person who trusted us with their time and shared words of support. And for @TrustlessState who believed in me even when I was unsure ♥ the courage to bet on people the way he did is rare, and this show doesn’t exist without him and the support of Bankless.
It’s also important to note… THE SHOW GOES ON 🎬
@cryptopunk7213 is steering the ship at our new home with Yahoo!, who is providing all the support in the world to continue publishing incredible content about AI and Tech every single day.
The bts mastermind of our podcast @luke_spotlong is sticking around too, so expect the usual A+ quality of conversation and production.
Luke said yesterday - “god y’all are like the Beatles. Paul & John breaking up at the peak of their powers”
And while we're certainly at the height of our powers, the relationship between Ejaaz and I couldn't be in a better place.
I hope you enjoy this final episode as much as we did, and try not to roast the cardinal sin of crying on a podcast.
Thank you for believing in me, thank you for believing in us. It’s a big century for the optimists, and what an exciting journey it will be ♥️
anyone know of any other helpful resources like this? moving to new york in oct/nov
I analyzed over 10 million lines of public data to build a (free) tool for NYC renters.
You can check any building across all five boroughs.
It consolidates rent stabilization records, bedbug, pest, and mold reports, and management company patterns.
In the last 5 years across NYC apartment buildings:
- 43% had immediately hazardous violations
- 39% had confirmed bedbugs
- 34% had mold complaints
Some features:
- rent stabilization status
- bedbug, pest, and mold reports
- a 0-100 health score for every building
- data aggregated by management company
- search by any address or click into a neighborhood
check your building before you sign.
