JD VANCE: Well, I'll be honest with you. Whether the ad was appropriate or not is not really my concern. My concern is who is gonna govern. I have to admit I'm a little bit disgusted when I see Republicans who are whining more about that ad than they are about what the Democrats want to do.

In the name of the USA, Witkoff honors Putin as a "humanitarian," even as Putin continues his slaughter of civilians in Ukraine and oppresses his own people.

I'm not going to share this ad, in which forces apparently aligned with @VivekGRamaswamy unconscionably mines @amyactonoh's family tragedy to advance his unquenchable ambition to become governor of OH.
I've been around politics longer than he's been alive, and I don't think I've ever seen anything uglier. The ad and Vivek's failure to repudiate it tells us so much more about him than his opponent.

He is playing against the hateful tenor of our times, and betting on Texans to reject an onslaught of hundreds of millions of dollars in negative ads, paid for by @ElonMusk, @MAGA Inc. and others on behalf of Ken Paxton.

A couple of things about this @UHouston poll:
1) The Libertarian is getting 3% and I think that holds because Paxton is disliked by 1-5 Republicans
2) @jamestalarico is consolidating 98% of Democrats, while Paxton is only getting 88% of Republicans. Again, the Libertarian candidate is becoming a weigh station for disgruntled GOPers.
3) Talerico is cleaning up with Independents -- leading by a 60% to 32% margin.
4) Paxton's favorability is - 16 compared to only -3 for Talerico.

Easy to be snarky about the warp speed hiring-to-firing of @KatieZacharia but it really calls into question the process by which she was hired to speak for the @POTUS, apparently without the most basic vetting.
Seems like the Casting Director-in-Chief liked her on Fox News, valued her unswerving loyalty and picked her.
