Can't speak to that but some of my clinician chums today have been telling me that it works much better if a lot more frequent than 3 months. Ask yr clinician (I am not one and don't and can't give clinical advice). Folate usu more important.
Depends in part if it was injected or oral/ sublingual but for most folk with B12 issues it's that they don't absorb what they get in their diet.

Classic move when you’re worried about the verdict: attack the referee before he blows the whistle.

I support rejoining the EU as soon as possible, by the fastest route possible.
