1) I ingested approximately 120 million rows into OneLake using SkyPoint Dataflow, which internally utilizes Databricks DLT pipelines. 2) Purchased F2 capacity in Azure 3) Wrote scala code in Fabric notebooks to perform basic transformations. 4) Everything went smoothly. I collected performance data for Databricks Photon and Fabric compute using OneLake as the Lakehouse. I'm impressed with both Databricks and Fabric. Well done!

#Fabric hype is real, The Performance of the New shared disk #SQL Engine is competitive with Snowflake, the pricing details was not announced, so some caution is warranted. #Vertipaq performance on remote storage is spectacular.
