I uploaded the custom GLM 5.3 Flash to hugging face and if you use the recommended test build of ROCmFPX for GLM you should get prefill above 400 tok/s over 100k tokens.
Everything is explained in the model card.
Should work well on Strix Halo 395+ 128 GB. Hope it works well for everyone like it does for me.
If you use any of the GLM code boosts in your projects please give credit to ROCmFPX

For people wanting to try DeepSeek V4.1 Flash 1017 on Strix Halo, you can use my dwarf-start fork (or the pre-built toolbox in ai-toolbox-cockpit) and these weights:

This also supports DSpark. I'm doing some testing, check comments for early results...

The first Lucebox Zero 495 batch is almost sold out. Only a few units left at shop.lucebox.com
Huge thank you to every customer who's come through so far. Once batch 1 sells out, new orders move to the next batch at a higher price.
I also updated the image to make pricing clearer, so it now shows the price for each configuration:
- 128GB + 2TB: $5,999
- 192GB + 2TB: $7,999
- 4TB SSD upgrade : +$250
- Cluster kit: +$799 per machine
Every configuration comes with the 32GB Radeon AI PRO R9700, and we've further optimized it for V4.1 Flash with our new quants. Full details in our latest blog post.

The end of software secrecy is almost upon us. The death of closed source, and the final triumph of open source.
I should have realized this a few months ago when I successfully decompiled the game of Firefighter from an ancient DOS shareware binary. My robot friend was able to tell it had been written in Borland Pascal from looking at the data layout; it gave me back very readable Pascal code with sensibly chosen function and variable names. I transpiled it to Rust and now ship it as part of my heritage games collection.
The thing is, I thought of this as a fun stunt but didn't have any confidence that the technique would scale up to large, real programs. I have since learned that people are now doing this sort of thing with entire AAA games, which are among the most complex software artifacts ever to be shipped as a binary. If they can be decompiled, anything can be.
This has implications. Massive implications. We need to think about what the world is like when, in general, there is no longer a secrecy moat around almost any software at all.

The Lucebox guys have been cooking!
Orders are now open for the new Lucebox Zero 495: shop.lucebox.com/
It’s AMD’s new Ryzen AI MAX+ PRO 495 with up to 192GB of unified memory, plus a 32GB Radeon AI PRO R9700 in the same box.
Lucebox engine split the model by how often each part runs. Dense layers, the hottest experts and the drafter go on the R9700, because nearly every token reads them. The long tail of experts, which most tokens skip, stays in the 495's unified memory. Both chips compute at the same time. 15 tok/s on the 495 alone, 50 with the R9700.
You can get also up to 4TB SSD and 100 GbE cluster kit, installed.
First 200 units are $1,000 off. Deliveries expected in January.

I spent all the last few days testing GLM 5.3 Flash on the @FrameworkPuter Gorgon and modified a quant that will work in ROCmFPX. Instructions are on the model card but I wanted to get this one up and get some feedback and opinions. Fingers crossed it works well for everyone like it does for me.

@dcapitella @tekwendell
How can @OpenAI still ships a totally broken VSCode extension for Codex on Linux? They keep breaking it, it's unbearable.

We're opening pre-orders for the 192GB Framework Desktop this Wednesday morning Pacific Time. This has AMD's new Ryzen AI Max+ Pro 495, an open-end x4 PCIe slot, a pre-installed Noctua fan, and an optional pre-built config with Fedora pre-loaded.
In plain English: OpenAI says the new $200 Pro plan will include only ~50% of the API-dollar-equivalent usage allowance of the old $200 Pro plan.
This is not a good way to communicate a quota change. Just state the old allowance, the new allowance, which models it applies to.
Hi,
Tomorrow we are re-opening the Pro $200 subscriptions to new subscribers, but together with it we are also changing how we calculate the usage for it. In effect, if you do the math, it will net out at half the dollar in API spend compared to the old Pro $200 plan.
Now that it's said, let me explain why this is happening and why you will still get more work done than if you were on the Pro $200 subscription one month ago.
(a) We didn't want to compromise in other ways and are committing to not reintroducing the 5h limit, so that you can fully use the weekly usage when you want.
(b) On the subscription, we guarantee that over time you always get more work done and with an increasing level of quality. This means that you will continue to get more value per dollar spent as a result of models getting more efficient and us passing down the improvements in the form of API price reductions.
(c) We don't want to put an incentive on ourselves to artificially inflate the API list prices to make it look like you are getting a lot (and workaround it through discounts, etc). Instead we want to continue to both rapidly reduce prices and increase capabilities of models on the API. This week we introduced GPT-6 Sol and GPT-6 Luna at 50% of their previous price. Over time, we see prices go low enough that it makes sense for most to buy usage as needed without there being a significant gap between what you get in a subscription and what you get in the API for a dollar spent.
(d) Tomorrow, we are adding more things to the subscription that won't draw on the usage, I won't reveal what that is yet.
I wanted to be transparent before all the big announcements tomorrow. Lots of new exciting things are coming to the subscriptions that will make it super compelling, but I wanted to make sure to share this change ahead of time so you can all understand it before we shower you with good news.
Codexingly,
Tibo

DeepSeek V4.1 Flash on Strix Halo.
I spent the last week adding support to DwarfStar (@antirez ) and testing two ways to run it: SSD streaming on one 128 GB machine, or distributing the model across two nodes over TCP or RoCE.
