🚨BREAKING: Yesterday, 62-year-old Fadumo Cusman Mohamed was detained by ICE.
Within hours she was taken to the hospital unresponsive.
She is now in a coma.
Her family has not been notified, and the hospital cannot locate them.
This means the people who love her may have no idea where she is… or that she is fighting for her life.
If you know Fadumo, or have any information that could help identify or contact her family, please share this immediately.
This is not an isolated incident. Deaths and medical emergencies in ICE custody have surged under this administration, many linked to neglect, delayed care, and abuse.
This is what happens when human beings are trafficked and detained for profit… and it must be stopped.

Here's some good news: Catelin Drey won a special election this week to flip a seat blue in the Iowa Senate and break Republicans' supermajority. This seat had been in Republican hands for 13 years. When we are organized and support strong candidates who are focused on the issues that matter, we can win. Let's keep this going.

I'm so excited to reveal the title for the second book in the Iron Outlaws: Colorado Chapter series. It's The Oath We Take, and this book is all about the promises we make to others and to ourselves.
