Today (and the last 3 side project Mondays) I've been trying to get my health data from my Pixel Watch using Health Connect. Today I finally succeeded getting a number other than 0 but cannot work out why not all the numbers match 🙃

Today in #SideProjectMonday I decided I should finally get on the MVVM bandwagon and start learning how it works! Tonight I built the network parts of my app, next I'll learn how to use data binding to render them!

Today in #SideProjectMonday I updated the main menu part of my "unify random react projects" project to use tailwindcss. I appreciate the accessibility of the buttons isn't great, but considering I'm the only one who can sign in, I can live with this 😅
Today in #SideProjectMonday I did all the things! Learned how to use #tailwindcss for the first time to build myself a login screen, and hooked it up with firebase authentication! Really pleased with the result of just over an hour of work 🥳

Today in #SideProjectMonday, I learned where gradle keeps my build logs so scraped all the successful and failed build times using nodejs, saved them into a csv, and finally put them into a pivot table! Looking forward to a new laptop tomorrow!

Ending 2021 on a mildly traumatizing note - I was just behind this bus when it hit a man. He was unconscious for a solid 2 minutes. Picked himself back up. Then muttered that he'd wish he'd been hit harder. Everyone around was stunned.
