Who decides where pooled capital goes?
Crypto vaults look different when you map them on two axes:
1) Who directs the capital: a single manager, or a community using market signals
2) What the capital does: passive lending and yield, or active trading
The distinction is who gets to put their conviction to work
The Ride approach seems better to me (it can easily be used for a single-manager curation), but the results are all that matter when choosing vaults!
