When I think of the havoc the West has done & still doing to Africa, telling me to run to Europe or US as safe haven isn't convincing enough. This post is not to sub my diaspora friends please. I'm just thinking out. Japa should be temporary if we want this country to work.

And today? He has borrowed away the future of Nigerians into the 5th generations!
You told Nigerians we could no longer rely on borrowing. That was your excuse for removing fuel subsidy — to save money for development and to service our debts effectively. At one point, you even claimed Nigeria does not have a revenue problem. Yet today, you have borrowed more than all past presidents combined. They paid subsidy and did not plunge Nigeria into this level of debt. You removed subsidy, have borrowed even more in just three years, can't even fund your own budgets, and have nothing to show for it. To understand this kind of reform, one must be an idiot.

To be honest, I didn’t want to put my mouth in this matter, but bullying a young widow is something I wouldn’t wish on any woman. Tell me why you would want to bury your husband in the same compound where you and your children live, instead of taking him to his ancestral home or a cemetery? Imagine waking up every single day with your children and being reminded of your husband’s death because his grave is right there in the compound. That alone is heartbreaking and emotionally draining. The woman has lost her husband. She is grieving, raising children and trying to figure out how to move forward with her life. Why are people making things even harder for her? And even if she eventually decides to sell the house, what exactly is the problem? It is the house she lives in with her children, and she needs all the financial support she can get to raise them. She shouldn’t have to sacrifice her future and her children’s well-being just to satisfy public opinion. Please, let this woman breathe. She has lost enough already. Stop bullying her. A little compassion costs nothing, and nobody knows who will find themselves in her shoes tomorrow.
Why exactly would Toluwanising’s wife refuse to have him buried in his own compound? Does she plan to sell the house?” This is the question Mummy Zee asked, and there is nothing wrong with it. Thousands of people have asked the same question online, yet nobody dragged them the way they are dragging Mummy Zee. Yes, the question is valid. If it were your brother or son whose wife was refusing both options of burying him in his house in Ibadan or in the village, how would you feel? Of course, online lawa, you would respond normally, but deep down, no family would be happy about it. The question is still valid. Why is she refusing to let her husband be buried in his house in Ibadan or in the village? Is she planning to sell the house or transfer it to her next husband? She can’t stand seeing his grave, but she can stand driving the cars and living in the house the deceased built, right? All of una dey maddddd! If na the lady kpai, Toluwanising would bring her body to his house and give her a proper, befitting place of rest. People are saying the law is against burying people in their houses. Burying people in their compounds has been happening for generations. Na now una dey quote law? Una dey maddddddddd again! A man will struggle to become a landlord and build a very fine house, only for his wife to return him to being a tenant at the cemetery. 💔

This is why the 2027 election is not encouraging. It's already rigged before time & INEC is trying to find reasons to justify their actions. O'lagbara o.
INDEPENDENT NATIONAL ELECTORAL COMMISSION PRESS STATEMENT CLARIFICATION ON ALLEGED AI-GENERATED PHOTOGRAPHS IN THE PRELIMINARY REGISTER OF VOTERS The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has noted public concerns and reports circulating on social media regarding suspected AI-generated photographs appearing in the Preliminary Register of Voters recently published on its website. The Commission wishes to clarify that the register published online on 26 October 2026 is the same preliminary register physically displayed at Registration Areas (RAs) nationwide from 9th to 15th October 2026 as part of the Display, Claims and Objections exercise. During the physical display, a number of questionable registration records were identified and flagged for further examination. The Commission commenced the process of reviewing these records and taking appropriate corrective action in accordance with established procedures. The online publication represents the original preliminary register and does not reflect all ongoing data-cleanup activities. It is important to emphasize that the preliminary register is not the final certified register. The Display, Claims and Objections exercise is specifically intended to facilitate public scrutiny, identify inaccuracies and irregularities, and enable appropriate corrections before certification. The Commission is also examining the circumstances surrounding the suspicious photographs, including possible technical or procedural lapses, and will take appropriate action based on verified findings. The Commission appreciates the vigilance of citizens and stakeholders who have brought these concerns to public attention. Such scrutiny contributes to the process of improving the accuracy and integrity of the register. INEC remains committed to completing the necessary verification, adjudication, and data-cleanup processes ahead of the scheduled certification of the final Register of Voters on 15th December 2026. The Commission assures Nigerians that verified irregularities will be addressed through the applicable procedures and that further updates will be provided as the review progresses. If they live in the North, nobody will tell her to bury her husband in the house because they don't do that here in Abuja. I have never seen any grave in a house. All corpse go to the cemetery. And I like it like that. Don't torment people with the memory of their loved ones abeg
I am particularly upset on behalf of this lady. The uncle asked if she knows him, which means all of them arent part of their life while the deceased was alive. He also asked if he knows his father, which means Toluwani doesn't have any relationship with the father. He abandoned the boy after the death of his mother. The uncle dare to challenge the wife that he heard that Toluwani built a house for her as a gift for her birthday.... and he emphasized that yet see the way his father is. That lady needs help and all the support she can get. I know families like these... they're gold diggers and they'll make her life extremely miserable. From the way the deceased uncle spoke, they're targeting his wealth. I hope she gets the protection needed. These are the kind of people that makes life horrible for women. They abandoned his mother and now they're after this young lady. Iyawo, don't allow anyone manipulate you or deceive you to agree to anything that will endanger you and your children. Toba possible, if you can, leave their environment and be at peace. I see a society that disrespects women at every slightest opportunity provided. Before a man can build a house as a gift for a woman he loves, it means she earns it. Unfortunately, death is revealing alot but men must always make proper planning incase of death, inorder to protect your immediate family. As a young lady, before you marry, ask all the right questions. I love him doesn't protect you from wicked family members. You see their picture together? It means they labor together when he was without a people, name, help. He rose in her arms and her arms kept him safe, he founds comfort in them. Before you say, it is his house, see the picture and make a righteous judgement. Sad story!

Thank you Mama for the vote of confidence in this young man. We need politicians with leadership mindsets. At some point we might need to roll up our sleeves and get to it, God willing, but for now we're changing the world from our little corner and God has been helping us.

I got some reactions yesterday bcs of this tweet. You think I will support tribal politics bcs of some random Igbo youths who chose to be idiot? Come on! Grow up or be ready to drag me. I am Nigerian who knows no tribe.
I find it appalling when I see some Igbo youths insulting any Yoruba names on the TL. When are we going to be mature enough to kill tribalism & be objective in this country? You just saw Anuolwa & that makes me an automatic bigot against PO &the next thing you throw hatred. God!

Let me say this again! If you have been clamouring for good governance yet you do not have a candidate, you're sitting on the fence! If you don't trust any politician yet you want a democracy, you're a pretender! US & other saner climes are not built on the basis of pretense!

CIVILITY IS NOT WEAKNESS. ENOUGH OF THE HARASSMENT OF MY SUPPORTERS. RELEASE RILWAN OLAWALE NOW. The continued intimidation and harassment of my supporters across the country, the latest being the case of Rilwan Olawale, is disturbing and unacceptable. President Bola Tinubu has remained a huge beneficiary of our democracy and should not brazenly be destroying it by encouraging and facilitating violence. Our campaign is peaceful and issue-driven, focused on offering Nigerians a credible alternative built on competence, accountability, justice, and compassion. We have chosen the path of peace, not violence; persuasion, not intimidation. However, nobody should mistake our civility for weakness, our restraint for fear, or our commitment to peace for an absence of resolve. We will not be intimidated into silence, nor will we abandon Nigerians who believe in a New Nigeria that is possible and will be OK. I therefore demand transparency regarding Rilwan Olawale’s arrest, his release, respect for his rights, and an end to politically motivated harassment. No government or political party has the right to deny Nigerians the freedom to support a candidate of their choice. We will remain peaceful but resolute. We will not resort to violence, but we will stand firmly and lawfully against every attempt to undermine our democratic rights. A New Nigeria is POssible and will be OK. -PO

BREAKING NEWS REPORT: EBOLA PATIENT EVACUATED FROM NIGERIA VIA AIR AMBULANCE The index patient diagnosed with Ebola virus in Nigeria has been evacuated from the country early this morning through an air ambulance at the private jet wing of the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, ARISE News sources informed us. ARISE News was tipped off by a news source that the patient who is a woman and wife of a Swiss diplomat in Nigeria would be flown out of Nigeria by 6am this morning through a medivac plane which was already at the airport waiting to evacuate her. Our crew deployed to the General Aviation Terminal later obtained pictures of the arrival of a convoy of vehicular ambulance from Abuja city centre with diplomatic vehicles in the entourage. The three vehicle convoy had an international Agency vehicle entering the Private Jet section of the Nnamdi Azikwe International Airport. Airport officials cordoned off the private wing of the airport but ARISE News eventually obtained videos of a medivac plane with crews eventually evacuating the sick passenger suspected to be the Ebola index case due to the special nature of the medical evacuation. A source told ARISE News that the Federal Government will make the announcement of the medical evacuation only after the plane has taken off and exited the Nigerian airspace.
