Deion Sanders shares what's wrong with most athletes today.
"That's what's wrong with most of our athletes today: We don't practice to be great...We practice to practice."
"I practiced to be the best ever."
Success starts with your preparation.
It means being intentional about how you practice. Not just showing up - but showing up with purpose.
Anyone can go through the motions. But to be great, you have to practice like it matters.

We all carry things that weigh on us.
Stress. Loss. Pressure. Uncertainty.
It’s easy to focus on what’s hard or what’s missing.
But Thanksgiving is a reminder to look for the good things, even if they’re small or few.
What we focus on is what we begin to see.
And what we see shapes how we feel and how we move forward.
A small win.
A moment of calm.
Someone who checked in.
A memory that warmed your heart.
Something you overcame this year.
A person who stayed when they didn’t have to.
Look for the good today.
And take a moment to reflect, because we often find we have a lot more to be thankful for than we realize.
