If the size of the congregation doesn’t matter, then why did @Alan_Scott threaten to fire his pastoral staff if they didn’t grow their ministry numbers?
Alan also says that the pastors should be willing to “fast for 3 weeks” just to get that breakthrough in growth.

In a different pastoral staff meeting, @Alan_Scott says that the pastoral staff is being evaluated based on how much they grow their numbers.
“This is what we pay your salary for right now”
So either he’s lying, or he’s lying 😂

Alan Scott didn’t plan on leading anyone through new gnostic vows to Jesus—it seems he made it up as he went along. Cults gonna cult.
Sound familiar? Mike Bickle, anyone? Jim Jones? Strange energy. Bad childhoods. Bad decisions.
Alan’s vows carry more demonic energy than the abandoned Jonestown church. Be careful who you make your vows to—because not everyone’s ‘Jesus’ is who they claim to be…

Alan was on a spousal visa here in the US - not allowed to work. I think the church had some work around but nonetheless he “took the job”. It was enough of an issue that I was contacted later in 2018-2019 for numerous Vineyard Anaheim social media logins.
