Well i spent 13+ years in retail and any urea stored in bins in the summer always got floor dry. There is mor e humidity than one thinks. If there was any moisture the day of delivery we would put 2 to 3 bags on the very top at the end. That is my 2 cents to tey to help

Well i will ask the questions since I cant see everyone's answers. First, did you put floor dry in the bottom of the cone (ie 4 to 5 bags)? Just because it is coated with Agrotain doesn't mean it doesn't take in moisture. It is NOT ESN so yes that is normal due to the weather

So consider either CS4100 or CS 4200 from Canterra. Also looking at BY 7204LL from Brett Young. BASF has gone backwards and yes I know there is no more L233P but that is what they should be modeling after. I will get off my soap box now but good luck choosing

So I am getting reports that Nutrien are shutting down ESN production. So if any of my Nutrien followers what to DM me it would be sure nice to know if this is real or just made up. And is the shutting down both Carseland and Missouri??

If you seeded it with Alfalfa the toxins Alfalfa puts out would have killed it. Being this is going to be late grazed then Alfalfa might be a better option. Just stay away from crested wheat grass as the cows really don't like it once it heads out

So things I have used out east in the Oyen area is a blend of meadow brome, Dahurian Wild Rye, Milk Vetch and Sanfoin. Yes Milk Vetch takes some time to establish but great protein and non bloated as well. I know you tell me that Oyen isn't as dry as you but it is pretty close

I could give you one of my large growers you who has been working very close with Morris for years and the development on the Quantum who grows some amazing crops especially canola with that paired row opener. He did try the dual shank but wasn't impressed

That drill is amazing. A 12" machine with a 4" paired row and look out. You won't need to change for canola and X40 monitor

Can you explain to the crowd on here on a 10 year average how many years are you dry!!! Yes the last 3 have thrown that for a loop but I do remember when you first started to work for me you were from wet to should we look at planting rice!!!

You can fertilize and seed in one pass. 100% seed bed utilization and there goes your straw issues!!! Increase you current seed rates by 15% and you will have what you are looking for!!

If its all about speed then buy a new 22MT twin bin Salford and seed with that and your Lemkin

Well you could go to a flexicoil 5000 (red or blue version) on 8 inch spacing then put a 3 inch paired row on it

Matt, are you looking for Black soil zone or just heavy soil?? Remember, there is no warming with this drill as it will not leave a dark strip compared to a hoe style drill( individual shank or traditional c shank)
