Welcome back to one of the most consequential and courageous human beings of this century: easily one of a small handful of pioneers for the causes of a free internet and independent journalism.
The US and UK did everything to break and destroy Julian Assange, but he prevailed:

Actual confession of the #Tupacshakur killing - 3.
"The moral of the story – real gangsters nothing to be f***ed with.
It’s Ruthless way of life. One that I’ve lived majority of my life. Some gangster rappers have glamorized and glorified their life – like it’s cool. It’s something to strive for. They have a lot of people’s minds twisted.
The truth of the matter is gang-banging, acting like a thug, ain’t no joke. For us Vegas was another day at the office. It may sound cold-hearted but from a street perspective the killings of Tupac Shakur and Biggie Smalls would be considered nothing more than collateral damage."

2nd part of the #Tupac #Tupackilling confession
"As they sat in the traffic we slowly rode past the long line of luxury cars they had in the caravan looking into each one until we pulled up to the front vehicle and found who we were seeking for. Like two ramps locking horns, Suge and I looked dead in each other’s eyes. Our eyes locked. A terrified expression on Suge’s face read, “Damn Them niggas!”
No words exchanged. The time for talking had passed. Shit was about to go down.
The next few seconds all happened so quickly. Shit was on!
Tupac made an erratic move and began to reach down beneath the seat. It was the first and only time in my life that I could relate to the police command, “Keep your hands where I can see them.”
Instead Pac pulled out the strap. And that’s when the fireworks started.
One of my guys from the backseat grabbed the Glock and started busting back. The first shot skinned Suge in the head, thought the motherfucker was dead. I heard stories that Suge supposedly used Tupac as a shield when the bullets started flying but that’s some bullshit! Suge was already wounded. It was the first one that got touched us."

The actual confession of the #Tupacmurder
"I pulled out the Glock that Zip had given me and tossed it in the backseat. Bubble Up did the driving Baby Lane and Freaky were riding in the back...
A few blocks down we were sitting at the light and who the fuck did we see? The Death Row caravan hit the corner with Tupac hanging out the window of a black luxury BMW waving to his fans.
People on the street were screaming, “Tupac, Tupac! We love you Tupac!”
In unison all of our heads turned…"

What took them so long?
Yesterday, there was – finally – a conviction in the murder of #Tupac. Almost 30 years, after his killing, the Las Vegas law enforcement actually did their jobs.
On CrimeWaves, we interview the journalist @CathyScott who one year after Tupac’s murder essentially solved the case.

Say it loud Declan. Sport needs an independent body to fight fixing and corruption. Police governing bodies. 👍🏻
The modern Olympics and IOC were born to fight against match-fixing linked to the illegal sports gambling market.
That generation saved their sports - its time that we, in our time, came up with new ideas/institutions to save our sports.
Demain sur enclaireur.eu, @declan_hill nous explique que les JO ont été créés pour combattre la corruption dans le sport.
