Made my first Bourbon sour tonight. Was phenomenal. Woodford double oak with some maple syrup egg and lemon. And of course bacon!!

Lots of work to do on her next year before she goes back on the water. But loving every learning moment working on her.

Last visit to the boat today until next spring. All ready for winter now. This will feel like forever. Time to focus on my MSc now...
