Interviewed a lady this morning that I was really impressed by and definitely hiring her. Asked her, "So are you passionate about this? About doing this job?" And she was like, "No. But I'll do it to the max so you pay me, so I can eventually do other things I'm really passionate about." I love it when I interview potential employees and they didn't just cram answers or say what they think I would love to hear
